I like the look and feel of the material in pouches and webbing, it's waterproof, thin, light, flexible and tough. I have a Bifold wallet and a Maxp TCP, it's like my grandpa's leather EDC (bifold and coin triangle) but taken to 2077
As a cigar guy, Porsche lighters have never held up. I've gotten a few and they fizzle out after a year or so. No matter the amount of bleeding you give it to put in fresh butane, they have just died on me. I know this is anecdotal, but I would never spend $170 on a Porsche lighter. If you wanted to splurge on a carbon fiber cigar lighter that is actually good, I would go for something like the Xikar Forte. Not only is it cheaper at $80, but Xikar has a lifetime, basically no questions asked warranty. If it stops working, you send it in and they repair/replace it.
Cool stuff. But I would never pay $400 for that fidget toy - either for me or someone else. It’s cool, but there’s no way I can justify paying that for a toy I don’t really need.
