I played against Nobility for the first time last week. All that Fend and Stand Firm gives them so much ability to control space on the pitch. They are a very cool team and will be very enjoyable for experienced coaches.
Does nobility still strike you as a tier 2 team after playing them? The addition of ogres and throwers to the old Bretonnian team seems like a fairly substantial buff at least on paper. The linemen aren't great but also not very important and while people rarely take fend as a skill it can be a nuisance as it delays your progress and the addition of stand firm to blockers makes it quite difficult to make progress against nobility. A bench feels necessary to keep your numbers up, fortunately the linemen are quite cheap.
I'm starting to understand why some Tourneys are placing them at T1.5. However, they are woefully worse at the start than any of the tier 1 teams 😁 so I think T2 is very fair for them. They play really uniquely, and as they take some spending to get the full line-up you'll end up with a lot of varied builds! I *Love* them, and can't wait to see how the Marienburg Minotaurs get on in the Bonehead Championship!!! 😁
How about in the "5-4-2" offence, removing the linesman at 6 and 2 and replacing them with blitzers, and then, because the blitzers have block and catch, playing the blitzers as tight-ends able to bash your opponent but still having the option of breaking away from the line of scrimmage and using them as a MV 7 catcher.
Ahh Found it!! I saw this comment come up and couldn't find it when I went to respond. This is brilliant. I'll be playtesting that tactic in my next few games 😁😁

can’t wait for the Dark Elves!!! Great Job!
isn't putting guard on the bodyguards who already have wrestle a bit redundant?
If they deploy 5 guys .....im getting a burger chips and a milkshake
I'll bring the large fries! 😁
How does fend with grab please, do you not follow up anyway with grab, great show loving the tournament
Hi Bonehead!
Have you discovered a third set up for offense?
Your tactics are great!
Really looking forward to having a bash with the nobles.

@@BoneheadPodcast Thanks for the thoughts. Look for the Ostland Outriders as soon as BB3 drops.

Are you planning on doing these for the teams of legend?
Absolutely Bryndan! We tend to do the ToL last after the core book team's, as they're less likely to get a surprise update haha 😁
@@BoneheadPodcast awesome and that makes a ton of sense. Keep up the good work love your videos
Thanks Bryndan 😁👍👍
does using wrestle in your own turn still cause a turnover?
Nope.
Doing a human one any time soon?
Magis Sanguinem Patera Est Magis Melius
Melius est magis sanguis patera! 😁😁
Can't wait for the Underworld Denizens. The commonl setups don't really help them.
😃
