Gujrat being most developed is not MADE FOR POOR PEOPLE.
kolkata, yet not so developed ( someparts are developed ), being the heaven for livelihood for the poor people.
And I think bengal is bengal till the originality remains.
Same dalpuri will cost you 100 rupees in gujrat, 50 in Maharashtra, 40 in Delhi. And here, only 20 rupees max.
Hope, the cultural capital will remain like this ❤
