🔴Raw materials and ingredients for making boiled pork with fish sauce.
You can use 4 kilos of pig mask, pig tail, pig tongue or pork belly.
Wash the pork with salt. Wash the pork with 2 tablespoons of salt.
and 150 ML vinegar, wash thoroughly
Bring the water to a boil. Add 1 tbsp of salt.
Boil the pork for 15 minutes, then discard the water. After that boil
6 liters of water
3 stalks of lemongrass
10 kaffir lime leaves
1 piece of galangal
10 cloves of garlic
7-8 coriander roots
Soy sauce 150 ml
Fish sauce 300 ml
Palm sugar 150 grams
2 spoons of seasoning powder
3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
Stir the ingredients together and boil the pork for 1 hour over medium heat.
After 1 hour turn off the power and leave it for another half hour. The pork will be tender and tender.
🔴Seafood dipping ingredients
100 grams of garlic
Chili 150 grams
3-4 stalks of coriander
Palm sugar 120 grams
Pickled garlic juice 150 ml
Lemon juice 250 ml
2 spoons of salt
