I'm not from a musician family, but my parents made me start the piano when I was three, and there were a bunch of other kids of the same age in the piano class I took. I assume that it may be even more extreme or common in musician families

I enjoyed watching this video. Thank you for sharing bits about yourself. I've been a quiet fan for quite a while now hehehe, but I want you to know that you inspire me to practice. I don't play the violin. I play the ukulele but your tips help me get into a practice mode. I do scales, too, as warm-up, similar to what you shared in your 5-minute warm-up video. 😊😊

You should try to play in the Berlin Phil. They’re a busy orchestra but they have so many members they have a lot of time off to play solo and chamber music, and famously have many chamber ensembles from within the orchestra.

That is probably one of the big things I like about Janine Jansen with her Utrecht festival where she plays chamber music and also Niccol Benedetti with the violin teaching. I think it is good to have a well rounding.

Hi, Sumina. Way to go on 100k subs! You could celebrate the milestone with a special on-line concert, by making a recap video of highlights form your channel which led up to 100k, by having a dueling video between you and some of your orchestra friends (which I would love to see!), or by doing a video featuring yourself busking. For that one, you could have a friend work the camera and shepherd the tip jar since it would need to be six feet away. Why go busking only to hide how beautiful you are by wearing the mask?

So I have a schoolmate who is born in a musical family and we had to perform in a outdoor Europe square(I am a hongkonger). There is a tendency of raining but I never seemed to. Then his violinist mother was like “Save the instrument, not the child”
