This vid helped me hit 36*! I was starting to think my characters just weren't enough to counter that high HP, but it l looks like taking Koko out of my freeze team was the last damage push I needed. Hate the Wenut still, but now I can peacefully ignore the abyss for the next few weeks :)
Who did you replace the Kokomi with? I Imagine XInqui or Mona, since Koko contributes so little that even XQ would be better at that point. And then there is Mona who increases the dmg of Ayaka as much as Bennet does for XL.
@@shadowpriest2574 Well I did it with Kokomi in my freeze team though. Coz using XQ would be a dps loss as well loss of survivability. Since Kokomi can provide her with 68% Atk buff to Ayaka. Wenut would only have resistance decrease against the elements that swirled with in stunned face. So any other dmg except the swirled element would deal significantly less DMG due to 55% element res. Mine more of a Premium team, Ayaka C0, Shenhe, Kazuha and Kokomi.
@@shadowpriest2574 Oh, it was Mona. My Koko doesn't have 4pc Tenacity at the moment, so Mona's Omen won out in the DPS Check department. The other units were Shenhe and Kazuha, with Mona using TTDS. It's a good thing the Wenut is more tanky than deadly, running without a healer is rather stressful.
Just wanted to let you know, this vid singlehandedly gave me hope and made me clear with 36 stars. The strat with the Cryo aura speeding up the Wenut's attack rotation/cycle is what saved me exactly enough time to clear it with 3 stars with Ayaya!
btw can I just thank you for this vid, ever since 2.8 I have consistently been getting 36 stars in the abyss, but this cycle was the closest I got to not being able to clear the abyss with 36 stars. I had pretty much given up all hope of being able to because of this dumb worm, but this vid helped me find out what I should do to clear chamber 3 with 3 stars. I used raiden national in the 1st half and Ayaka, Kokomi, Kazuha and diona in the 2nd half for the worm and like you started the fight against the worm with an Ayaka burst which was the extra bump I needed to clear that chamber with 3 stars
how skillfully you dodge the attacks of opponents, it's very cool, definitely like it !! and your rotation during the fight with the wenut , it really deserves attention, as I understand it, you inspired many people to believe in themselves, squeeze out all the juices and close the abyss at 36*. Continue in the same spirit.
It getting slowed doesn't change its timing rotation. It still surfaces to do the big attack after 40 seconds form the start of the fight no matter what, letting you only have 20 seconds of burst time once you stun it, then it repeats the process. It still takes 2 mins to two burst this thing whether its slowed or not. Question is how impactful getting only 3 sequences but slower movement is vs 4 sequences.
The way i rejoiced when i saw maguu kenki in 12-2 first half and then a crowd of the husk dudes in 12-2 2nd half LMAO i thought FREE 3 STARS LETS GOOOO 😆 It's just so funny to me like even before the husk dudes can put up their shields, they already got obliterated by Ayaka's burst LMAO
I tried the exact same 2nd team with better Sucrose, Diona, Mona and similar Ayaka builds, didn't even come close. It's definitely skill issue for me lol

Yes, that will happen. If you are fully on Ayaka and just spamming NA/CA, wenut will literally skip entire Anemo Orb phase. This is due to too much hitlag happening, the timer for Wenut entering Anemo Orb phase got skipped entirely since it's over 45seconds+
You can use kokomi but mona is the better choice in an Ayaka freeze comp, however shenhe over diona is very favorable and if you have a kazuha instead of sucrose.
So basically, im just doomed i do more damage, if not double the damage that was showcased in the vid But because of slow rotations and delayed spawns because of the constant 400 ping i just run out of time before i can clear a single chamber smh
@@KenRurouni Firstly I wanted to say that you sir would be the best genshin player that I ever saw in the platform of youtube. I tried to mimic the relentless approach that you did on your video and I must say that it looks close but its not close enough as our skill gap is way bigger. My artifacts are way better in comparison together with R1 5 star weapons but what I am missing is the timings and jump cancel. Every move you do has an intent and a calculated approach on things. The damage output that you made is far more better than I could ever do on my timings. Wenut is a good boss to be fair if you knew when will he be approaching and saving your burst and setting up early and exactly would fall. Nailing it to the teeth however is another side of a coin and I must say I lack this department side. "Skill issue" aside learning from the video and pushing a double dendro, electro (kuki,tignari,nahida,fishcl) comp and making sure to nail the fall with kuki's burst I finally defeated it but it took me 2:20 as my Raiden national can clean up the first half for about 40 seconds. I could push for a ayaka clear but I have other things and IRL stuff that needs to be catered with and to be honest it might took you so much time researching it and I have nothing but respect and admiration for this video. Thank you so much!
Let me also add some char info for you to see. For others to make it as a reference adjust as you can since this boss makes my blood boil. Ayaka 90 C2 R1 MS 30/250 10/10/10 4pc BS Diona 90 C6 R5 SB 44/114 6/11/11 2pc TOTM/MB Sucrose 90 C6 R5 SF 49/116/335 EM 6/11/11 4pc VV Mona 90 C3 R5 TTDS 50/100 10/10/13 NO 4pc This team is doable but you need to practice nailing the timings (or kazuha and kokofish would be miles better) and charge atk as ayaka is a bit clunky and I have boomer hands. Tignari 90 C2 R1 AS 10/6/6 64/212/404 EM WT 4pc Nahida 90 C0 R4 WE 8/9/8 18/131/952 EM DM 4pc Fischl 90 C6 R2 SH 6/11/11 71/140 NO 4pc Kuki 90 C0 R1 KKN 4/8/6 33/100 310 EM 40K HP 4pc TOTM This worked for me really good as you just need to save burst and spam E for tignari. Again take this build with a grain of salt this might as well differ as you may have the Dendro sage or a better electro char but there a lot of videos like that here on youtube? But I would say strongly that Ayaka on second half is really Doable!

You don't need to "Max" Diona, if you need her shield, level her up to 90 and level 9/12 her talent will do. Healing wise around talent 8 is suffice! C0 is good enough if you just want her to survive. C6 for the EM buff!
That's a little low on crit rate and too much crit damage. Maybe try to balance the stat. 70:150 is the ratio that I would recommend for you. Also your Yelan can be playable but will crit fish a lot.

Honestly? You just had luck, this abyss is literally the most rng shit they cooked, it just takes the fucking mobs to move one pixel away from your bursts to avoid all damage, 1 pixel that you move away and they will start scattering around all the map or sucrose targeting the most decentered enemy and not doing shit, this abyss is 5% skill 10% team 85% luck for real.
The Cryo trick on the Wenut is pretty interesting, you really did some serious research on that thing!

i had to adjust my artifact setup for ayaka as you cannot freeze wenut. i was wondering why ayaya was only hitting 10k burst and occasionally 33k lol

Yup, you can slow enemies xD! It's a pretty handy mechanic allowing you to do more damage against enemies like Ruin Serpent/Wenut !

Yes both Sucrose Burst or Shenhe Burst could easily break the anemo orbs!

And also don't forget about her er, i think er is more important for her then crit stats

Not recommended. Ttds and omen is pretty crucial and aoe hydro app is important. Yelan replace xingqiu in yoimiya team is much more appropriate.
