I'm disappointed at the Minister of Department of Arts and Culture("Nathi" Mthethwa) they are so super useless and dangerous for the future of Arts in RSA....when artist request assistance and support they are no where to be found but when artist rise up under difficult situation they are quick to jump and appear in Media as they have assisted Black Coffee in his journey to success.
True...I remember I was scouted to represent South Africa in New York, I approached him for assistance the guy ddint bother to assist

@@samaswangs1743 my sister is still submitting funding documents for her project of having annual Awards in the Eastern Cape for upcoming young Gospel artists so that the talent can soar...its been 3 years now going on the 4th year she is using her own money from her pocket.Our government is so useless

Imagine your first impression of a country being screamed at and insulted! We already have a completely ruined reputation after we enjoyed so much international praise and sympathy initially during the Mandela Presidency for having overcome the criminal Boeres. Look at our reputation now: it went down the drain due to too much maladministration happening on all levels of the state! We can no longer afford to give important position to incompetent, unfit and premature low IQ staff, who can barely manage to contain their bad behaviour. We must start properly assessing mental, moral and physical fitness of candidates, not just give jobs to relatives.

Awkward... Very awkward that Nathi is forever available for celebrations but his leadership has led to erasure of the arts in SA. I would have come out if I was Black coffee, just to show him that he won't get attention from my work
A useless Minister when it comes to arts and culture he doesn't nothing major for this department artists struggle and make it on their own but when they thrive n make it big he comes running to celebrate with them which is opportunistic
I can also attest to that
They are always available for an PR stunt. Same with Bheki Cele. They don't seem to understand the managerial and administrative responsibilities, so they have to distract the public.
