  • Globalization offers both - risks and opportunities. Countries can achieve significant benefits from future globalization as much as companies and people. But what kind of environment is favorable to business and people? How does one ensure that everyone benefits from globalization and that the gaps between rich and poor people and within countries don’t grow further?

Globalization is obviously very beneficial for a business. People on the other hand will have to adapt to the kind of changes that occurs from globalization. Businesses think investment, expansion, foundation, trade, profit, and resource. These activities is designed for them to be prepared for the kind of changes that would occur with Globalization. People need to be thinking about education (continuous learning) financial literacy (investment), adaptation, and integration in order to succeed in Globalization..

When David Brady mentioned how South Korea had been the only country to go from poor to rich. I couldn't agree more! Although, I understand Taiwan comes as a close second. I don't think people realize how genius their investments have been throughout the years. Rarely are South Koreans mentioned in the United States today, especially in the south, however slowly they are beginning to notice the influence they are having in our pop culture. I was shocked at how moved I was upon hearing their name and I'm excited to discover how the country will grow, going forward.

In a panel of experts, the host hardly needs to be so hands-on. Distracting. The discussion was great, however.

Here is a sign of globalization. Two Americans, two Germans, and a Pole get together at a German TV station and have a debate using American English.

Do you think that financial actors want to share with societies what they are doing? It's a matter of power and how this is distributed aroung the world.

Globalization poses risks and opportunities for both. Countries, as well as businesses and individuals, will reap major benefits from future globalization.

"people living on $1dollar a day, globalization has never touched them/effected them positively- is that true today???" are you serious. Who ever asks questions like this should not be moderating panels like these.

The German corporate guy sounds very disingenuous. His answers are very political and I don't think he even believes in most of his answers

Anantha Padmanabhan he’s being very optimistic but he sees thing from a very capitalistic aspect not a socialist point of view. He’s been schooled in that fashion whereas David Brady is deeply ingrained in Socialism. He’s the yin to David’s yang..
