I have my cdl rn to im just not 21 yet im currently making 67k atm but im still deciding if I actually switch yet I do not want to take a pay cut would I just keep reknewing my med card ?
@@calieboy1509 Your medical card is your personal responsibility to keep current. So if your med card is active you are required to keep a copy on your person or in the tractor you will be driving. England does reminders to drivers when they are close to expiring and need to renew. And they will ask for a copy as well to keep on record .But it is your responsibility to keep a current certificate or you will invalidate your cdl.
No you won’t. You also won’t get an inverter if you get a brand new truck and likely won’t if you get a used truck as well. More info here: th-cam.com/video/wo9NDFUg-rU/w-d-xo.html
hell nah you dont nothing....and if you want an inverter they charge you 700 dollars to install...and honestly i would recommend you stay away from cr england if you aint gonna get a local job and go home everyday cause cr england dont care about their drivers
All aftermarket parts are at the drivers expense. Fridges, CB's, Phone Extender Antennas, TV's, Inverters etc. Will have to be purchased by the Driver and are yours when you transfer to different trucks or leave the company. The fuel cards they give each driver gives points based on gallon of fuel purchased to redeem at the fuel stops so you can technically buy these items for free. The downside is if you need to have a large inverters and CB's installed to the battery it has to be done by England's mechanical department and that will cost you. England also has a perdiem program as well as a early pay program up to 80% of your weekly pay if you need money fast and can't wait till pay day.
All of C.R. Englands jobs are controlled by the Fleet Managers. When you start and you get a secure log in on the Jobs App it will give you the pay, reqirements (experience), Miles , Destinations and approximate hours you will be driving each week.
All trucks have external forward cameras that can be viewed by the safety team at any time. Their continued training program teaches you the benefits of how the camera helps the company teach drivers how to become better drivers by using real world data. They also monitor the driving speed and the truck is equipped with roll or lean tech so if you the driver turns the steering wheel aggressively in what is considered an unusual or unsafe speed the truck will record the incident and will be reviewed by the safety team and the data will be used to teach that specific driver how to make better judgement calls and how to avoid further unsafe actions such as. Increase distance between vehicles, keeping a safe distance, pre and post vehicle safety checks and common safety practices to keep the driver on their game. By working with the company and staying safe they have a safety bonus program that will allow drivers to get 1-3% bonus each month for having 0 incidents.
if you have a drug problem you must disclose it and you will get drug tested more frequently. The test is a pee test as well as hair analysis of your head of hair and underarm. When I started in 2021 almost all the recruits that had alcohol and drug problems were sent home. So make sure anything said from the recruiting department is copied and cc'd by email or has some sort of paper trail. He said she said doesn't work with England.
I lost my med card last week…if I go to CR England will they issue a company med card? I know Werner made us get a new one with them
I’m looking at CR England. I’ve had a CDL since 2013. Haven’t been in a truck since 2018

Just edit your logs if something like that happens. If an accident happens it's on you. Just a little something to think about
Do they have cameras

Trucking Companies hate truckers, driver managers hate truckers, DOT hates truckers, and FMCSA hates truckers. That’s the real
Couldn’t agree with you more
🤦🏼♂️ really thats bad news
Made u drive and work when u were tired. Another crappy company that doesn't care about drivers
The way I see it. The entire industry doesn’t care about drivers. Which is ironic cause without drivers there is no industry.
What kinda drug test they do there
Piss test. More details here:
