These women are unbelievably ignorant in all things British history. They love to focus on Harry and Megan, but what’s never mentioned is that had they stayed in the Royal family, the amount of good they would be doing in the world rather than airing their dirty laundry on a Netflix series for money.
Agreed. And Sunny saying she felt sorry for Harry because he _is_ K Charles' son. Well that sentiment goes both ways. Maybe he shouldn't have written a book where he slags them off because they _are_ his family. It's a bit rich for some to expect all these allowances to be made for Harry when he's been so openly hostile towards his father and brother (and their wives).
Harry will be fine, all the decision we make are not easy or totally comfortable, even good decisions have consequences. I'm glad that he at least was able to be with his family.

Princess Catherine looked gorgeous as always and the children behaved like angels 😇 KC3 slimmed down a lot of the pomp and circumstance as well. Princess Catherine decided to not wear the tiara 👑 for that reason. To take a simpler approach and the ceremony was absolutely beautiful and Prince William pledging loyalty to his father was a touching moment IMO.

Harry had to get home to Archie as it was his birthday. Shouldn't you have explained that? He has made a decision he wants to live in peace let him find it. Charles has earned the right to modernise the monarchy, we always expected him to so give him a chance. He wants to represent all faiths, which is a reflection of UK society. Is this not a good thing...finally. yes Whoppi was right every country has blood on their hands, but first you have to acknowledge it, then address it and make improvements. Give him a chance, I strongly believe Charles will be making changes to reflect how the monarchy should be rather than tradition, setting up the monarchy for William. The one thing he has to do as a priority is sort andrew out because he is a wart on the face of monarchy.

British history dates back centuries and most Brits are knowledgeable in their history and culture and may not agree with events that occurred throughout the centuries but they don’t try to rewrite history or ban books to eliminate what suits their agenda and prevent people from learning facts about their history as politicians in the US are trying to do. She read and signed paperwork daily, met the Prime Minister weekly and entertained foreign dignitaries. She had to acquire knowledge of everyone she met so she could engage with them. She worked up until the day before she died of bone cancer meeting the new British Prime Minister as required of her. So don't tell me they just cut ribbons and throw parties and don't work hard.

Whoopi makes a valid point. How many countries are there, that haven't at some point in their history contribute to racism, colonialism and/or fascism. Although I also wished they talked about the financial aspect of the coronation. The UK spend a lot of money on the coronation. Money that the country needs, while King Charles has inherited a fortune from the late Queen.
What the UK spends on the family pales in comparison to what it brings in because of them. The same argument could be made about the US spending on national parks and historical sites.

Its nice to hear some informed an reasonable commentary on this. So often the royals are met with vitriol for simply being royals, but when you dig a bit deeper you can see that Charles is a man who was ahead of his time and wants to do good in the world, modernize the monarchy while also continuing the with 1000 year old ritual. `The Crown' painted him as a bit of a villain ,but just remember that's entertainment.

Technically Harry is still 5th in line to the thrown, but luckily for us (here in the UK) it's highly, highly unlikely that he'll ever be King. He's no longer a 'working royal" after choosing fame, fortune & the abandonedment of his duty, which is why he had to sit in the 3rd row at the Coronation.
Harry has said multiple times that he doesnt like his family, blames them for everything and doesnt want anything to do with royal (well except for when it comes to paid security and titles), the fact that he was even invited was good enough imo. Criminals would be enslaved and sold off. Before europeans came africans were enslaving criminals of their tribes and also people of opposing tribes who were their war enemies. Tribes would expand and gain power by often enslaving those from weaker/smaller kingdoms infact tribal marking became a thing so that people would always know which tribe they were originally from. People didnt want to lose touch with their culture/people incase anything was to happen. The richest empires in africa all existed long before europeans enslaved Africans and those empires made their wealth by enslaving other africans. Europeans practiced slavery, Asians did, Africans did... it was nothing new
