I've also done the same with some plastics in my Alfa Romeo 159 and works great. But I use isopropyl alcohol, instead of ethyl alcohol because isopropyl is less likely to dissolve some types of plastic.
Agree, but as long as you stay away from harsher stuff, it is good
This worked wonders for me…literally as seen on TV 😊
Glad to hear that
Great work. Its nice to see you operating with Alfas.
Thank you
Nice, I do the same for internal rubered parts in my GT.
Thanks. It is fairly efficient method to remove that rubberize paint
I have a "sticky" ashtray in my Alfa 33 and will try this. Thans!
It should work, make sure there's a black base coat underneath
Amazing! Thank you Man… I had problem with the left side blowing cold for about 6 months, and it helped, I’m truly surprised and happy I spared some cash on it
Glad it helped
Really nice! And what about the steering wheel? It has that sticky feel all around the center badge.. Is alcohol suitable or needs a different restoration technique?
Didn't try it yet, but I got the same issue and I'm going to tackle it soon
Super video brate!
Hvala puno
I wonder if this will work on the radio door in my 164? It has a gummy feel to it.
Try it out, but make sure there is a black base coat underneath
Makeup remover also works nicely. I've done on my Giulietta as well.
Great tip
Sadly this won't work on my Giulietta as the button is mostly faded with a big red area. Needs to be either replaced or manually restored. Good job though, this would have worked on my last G.
Sorry to hear that
Nice
Thanks
