True, I've died to that lmg a lot never had an issue with her fire it was like a minor inconvenient
Tchanka rework proposition :
- Launcher now has an option to detonate the Tshumika on impact (physics = capitaõ's fire arrow)
- Launcher reloads 100% faster
- Tshumika fire damage increased by 25%
- LMG damage reduced from 60 to 52
Edit : - Tshumika launcher now shows the trajectory of the tshumika (y9s1 feature)
@@adri745k i think they should just make the fire damage stack so you get hit with each tick for every shot you made. I want fire boot too
I feel that Tachanka will get a buff to his fire soon enough, but he's getting the buff with the new horizontal grip most likely. The simplest buff to do for him is his gadget just needs more reload speed, swap speed, and of course, fire damage increase. Also they could add a haze effect to fire ops(our lord and Cappy) because of the heat to make it harder for enemies to see through.
I was thinking maybe not buff the damage, but maybe make the shumika set people on fire, and damage them over time, even if they step out of it, and they have to put it out to stop the damage
I don't think you can equip grips to his gun.

@@memegod6750 Yeah, all you can equip on his gun now (not including the test server because IDK) is 1x sights/irons which includes one 1x that Ubisoft forgot to give to everything else (I believe it was called Reflex Sight D).
Also, i think they should give tachanka QOL, like Grim, where you can bounce the tshumika or just give it tubaraõ phisics by just pressing b

TBF, if you really wanted to, you can run through smoke's canister, or even goyo's canisters. You'd take a bit more damage, but its doable. Tachanka's second ability (shumika) needs a buff tho

What about giving tachanka an underbarrel fire launcher. Just like nomad or buck. I think this would make him more viable. (Same is btw true for Grim I think)

It's 2024 and people keep repeating the line that you can walk through Tachanka's fire... The same applies to Smoke! Not long ago I walked through his smoke, planted, got smoked at the end of planting and almost got out of the 2nd smoke. That doesn't mean you'll be fine by walking through it, it means if the other team has semi competent teammates you'll get punished for it.
2 Shumikhas are enough to cover the same area as Smoke and deal roughly the same damage and if you practice you can flame areas from very far or completely out of line of sight. And that's ignoring the fact that he still has a Deployable Shield. If you get caught with your Launcher out it's mostly your fault. There might be situations where you can't fire from cover though.
The issue is that on all your clips you're playing him like Smoke and are badly positioned. Kafe stairs? You can fire from the upper floor and bounce it on the wall. Kanal bridge? you can fire safely from very far and they're not gonna cross that alive.
If this was before Smoke lost his Deployable Shield and before Tachanka's LMG buffs I would agree that Smoke is just a lot better. But with Smoke having lost his Shield and Tachanka killing with 2 shots I think they're closer than people make it seem. His gadget needs an higher learning curve though.

Maybe they could make it so the fire generates a lot of smoke blocking the vision like a normal smoke grenade…they would have to decrease the amount of rounds you have on the shumika tho…could be pretty powerful if you have a warden on your team…and very bad if theres a glaz on the attack side

Lmao there’s been a couple times where I play rook and forgot to place the armor down. But I appreciate the content, always enjoyed playing smoke and your tips on him are useful. Also, I thought you would be knowledgeable enough to answer this, but when I run fmg on smoke or Nokk, I run suppressor and control the recoil just fine. However, every content creator I watch uses compensator or flash hider. So my question is, is its recoil different on pc (I’m console btw)?
thats why you start with 'ez' ops like rook...because you dont wanna end up as somebody that plays mire just to use her window as a shield (and no im not talking about hiding in plain sight with it)
I’ve been playing for over a year now, I’m just saying that I’ve forgotten to straight up place the rook armor in the past, so, what he did isn’t that bad.
It’s just me saying I’ve had my own fair share of blunders with rook armor
Make it an attachment like the skeleton key. Probably single fire with a much more potent damage and maybe aoe
The biggest mistake i see people are doing with Tachanka is shooting 2-3 of his grenades in a row when not needed. You should always only shoot one and reload. Rince and repeat. You will cover more time against a push while you have a full launcher mag just in case if you need to cover more space in a short period of time at the end of a round. And you should combine it with Melusis or Lesions Traps for more effectiveness. In general Tachanka needs way more Game Sense to use than Smoke to be effective.
See this is where we just completely disagree with each other because 1 shimika fire is quite literally achieving nothing but a SLIGHT amount of damage if they choose to walk through it. At best it's only "pretending" to do something
yeah shoot 1 grenade and watch every 2-3 speed simply sprint through taking 3 damage and rushing you down while you reload and swap lmao
I wonder if the reason they won’t buff the fire is because of smoke. If Tachanka had 20 shumikas that all were the same size as smokes canisters, there would be no reason to play smoke for his gadget. Besides the damage and less visibility.
Make his gadget impact grenades that leave the fire and make the fire do a little more damage

@@bumbo7196 yea but with pocket shotty you get to do the same thing as your primary but its in the secondary slot, this opens up the option for VSN acog. With the pocket shotty you have the option of:
Lmg and pocket smg (no zoom scope, site destroyer lmg, smg)
VSN and pocket shotty (acog, smg but long range option, site destroying). Its just better. Like it honestly would be exactly lesions gun loadout but for people who want a tanky anchor

Smoke and Tachanka should be opposites by having the smoke do less damage and Tachanka more damage. Also make tachanka immune to fire
The tradeoff should be vision and space for time and damage
Tchunky is superior and I know he is bad but I love him
They should just change his grenade launcher out for fire grenades. The biggest reason I don't use him more is his gadget is just clunky and it gets you killed too often. His load out is really fun though so I play him for his LMG and shield sometimes.

How can Ubisoft buff Tatchanka:
-Make him a 2 speed;
-Give him Fireproof boots;
-Give him a reworked Tripoded LMG that comes with an integrated shield so you can move it around.
-Make his shumika fire deal more damage and increase its area of effect.
-Make his shumika a secondary gadget.
+ With all those buffs combined will be worthy of his LORD title 🤣🤣🤣

The only way to use tachanka gadget right now is to use it right at the start of the match. You launched 3 at a time then stalled it for other operator to use a more useful gadget.
Tachanka will also get an acog
2 ideas: what if Tachanka was on attack? or the launcher is underbarrel like the skeleton key?
Hes an lmg on defense, stop playing him like a normal operator. Hold overwatches, make LOS, do lmg sh*t, burn shields & stack fires when u need to reload. You cant go wrong (if u use the vsn u should be shot)
Tachanka has the Bearing 9. He should still be able compete with Smoke’ SMG 11.
1. The SMG-11 is still way better than the bearing
2. Sure it can kinda compete with the SMG-11, but for close range, what its really competing with is the M590 which is way better

Tachanka needs to have a weaker gadget as he has an arguably better primary for both site setup and for combat, while also having a shield, this necessitates the need for him having a clunkier gadget, which in reality can get more value that smoke if used correctly, however teamwork is required for him to be truly effective so he is terrible in low ranks when compared to smoke

I think what tachankas buff should be is that a headshot doesnt one shot for him. Aint no way a 9mm is making it thru that thick helmet

What if his fire made attackers unable to run in it, or the canisters made a loud high pitched hissing noise when releasing the fire

As a Tachanka main in PC diamond: smoke has always been and will always be the goat
Tachanka needs a buff. He needs more ammo, Molotovs instead of a launcher, withstand(self revive), and the ability to switch between his fire and the LMG stand.

They are mostly same with disadventages like you can run trough and deal not much damage etc, there pnly 2 difference: 1-you need to take Shumiha in hands and losing time, 2-people just fear Smoke more becose he was like that for longer time (he with his canister like 9 years old), stop being brainrot rush meta slave and realise that you have like 5 charges if you want bigger place in fire use more fire
And yeah If I see even for 1 time that you use 3 smoke charges in less than 1 min of round I will send a letter for ubisoft to make your rank copper 5

@Poxonlox Best part of that theses that I can use some of them for Goyo, for example, like you just can run through his fire and take like 40 damage, you can't use Vulkans versatile as smoke grenade, Vulkans don't block vision like canister and so on, wow, am I pro?

Issue is that shotguns had a major nerf with the new patch… you pretty much have to be ads
well you are overestimnating smoke just today i was playing ash and it was last 10 seconds smoke throws his gadet and i run trough it i only take around 40 damage i had no info on b site so i just rushed in got killed by headholes but thats not the point the point is you can run trough smokes smoke as well and the smoke did not even expect it he was not even looking at me he woud have been dead if i had info
This story doesn't involve smoke but it uses goyo, who is similar.
one time my teammate was in a 1v2, in R6 room of Lair, and I was goyo, so there were canisters to use. So my teammate detonated one of them, when there were like 20 seconds left, to completely stop one of the 2 attackers from coming in, and to let him focus on the second attacker on the other end of the room. It didn't even work. The attacker ran through the fire and swung him anyways, and we lost

I'd say smoke is better overall but there are situations that Tachankas is just better in.

Just the gameplay didn’t listen to the audio but based off of gameplay it just seems like you’re just very well rounded with the play style of smoke and you tend to play tachanka like youre playing smoke but the ability is just not the same I understand he needs a buff but I really dont think hes that terrible

I rewatched it with audio I still think he’s not as bad as you let on you make some solid points but some of the examples you use the situation just isnt the same for example when you get the wallbang on kafe then die to the guy behind you that had nothing to do with the ability it was just played differently, also I dont see a lot of people use the 2x on his other primary I feel like thats worth mentioning at least
