I have enjoyed all of your stories and this is no exception. Granted a narration by a person is preferable, however this is not as disappointing as most. Finally, I don't believe that neither I nor most of the public are qualified to critique literary work. Also, as an old w g m, I appreciate the racial diversity in your stories. Thank You
Thank you for your feedback! I can agree with you on the public critiquing literary work. What happens to me sometimes is I get wrapped up in making it the “best ever” as a creator when it’s fine as it is. Authors often will use a subset of their audience to give a story a final read through (or listen-through in this case) to make sure they didn’t miss anything absolutely egregious or even to lay to rest the voice in the back of their head telling them it needs “just one more edit”. You have no idea how happy it makes me to know that you appreciate the diversity 😩🥰 I can’t say thank you enough for listening to my stories weekly and leaving such lovely and uplifting comments.
Sometimes the dialogue confuses me. I don't know who's talking half the time, so I have to go back again and again to make sense of it. Kind of frustrating, but that's about it. The pacing could also use some work, like how at one point the story is emotional, then two dialogues later the mood turns upbeat and kind of comedic. Overall, I love it!
I very much enjoyed this story. I’m not real sure what if anything you could or should update it with as far as the storyline goes. As has been committed on it other reviews the AI narration is not so good but not as poor as some. I too very much enjoyed the diversity in the characters and their backgrounds. Re edit. Only for the simple fact that it might be easier to navigate if someone were to be listening and driving… having specific time stamps would have helped me pace the story, but I enjoyed it all the same. 🤗❤

Wonderful story! Your characters and story lines are delightful. From my vantage point stories this good don’t need much if any of the detailed descriptions of hot action. ( I’m probably a minority of one in this regard. ) I would be leaving this story alone. It ain’t broke, it don’t need fixin’. Several comments about your computer narration, but I’ve gotten used to it. It does make some attempt at modulating inflection. Some drawbacks -it just flat out mispronounces words like hardon that are slang, and it can’t make tonal changes that would help differentiate speech by characters, but these aren’t killers. Thanks for sharing your talent.

Hey, thanks for the feedback! That’s really interesting to me because I remember you were fond of the Christmas story which is the same word count as this one. The Christmas one was more recently written. That goes to show that I definitely have improved in my storytelling abilities, and making sure every scene is necessary to the story. I’m going to put that in my notes and take that back to my editor.

'The rockstar's fake romance' was also a 7 hours read, but seemed to be shorter than this one. It was more engaging, wittier.
