I love the mousepad. I love using mini post it's and colored pens to keep things organized.

Like you I have a craft room, sewing room, office and makeup station all in one room and have not quite gotten everything organized the way I want it to be. Love some of your ideas and may incorporate them into this room.

I've just started using the medium Desktop Organizer Slim by likeit from the Container Store. It's frosty plastic & I put the things in it that I use daily. I really love this series! Fantastic organizational ideas Jen. Great use of the Martha Stewart piece & love how u covered the dry erase boards.

I would love to hear more about your travel documents.. what files you like to pull out before your trips, and what you take with you, and what you like to do with the receipts when you get home. I think it sounds like a really good travel document organisational method. :)

I just love your desk... I have a small one but nice one and really need to organize it, I love what you did to your calendar thing. what Creative idea instead of taking it down and get rid of. I love office supplies lol self's calendars ect...

Whenever I feel overwhelmed with my housewife chore list I sing:) I just posted my first video of me singing on TH-cam praying for all of the housewives today
I've been thinking about buying the corner desk like yours with the hutch and now since I see all the room around the computer and under it, I'm confident that it will work for me at home. The only desktop tools I keep out at both my home desk and at my work desk are pencil bins, paper clip container, scrap paper, and stapler. Tape? I've been working at the same office job for 15 years and am still on the same roll of tape! The only time I use it at home is wrapping gifs.

Thank you so much for your videos! I got inspired after watching your videos and redid my home office which has been long overdue. Love love love the pottery barn bedford desk. I also used the filler beads for the pencil holder, genius idea! I also went ahead and installed a shelf above the desk and used photo boxes to store 'junk'.

I know it work's on Picture's, My mom gave me a bunch of family photo's in frames that's been there for several years, and they had stuck to the frame, Goo Gone releases the photo's without hurting them at all. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Goo Gone!!
Yea for cable management video, can't wait! Jen, have you considered doing a tutorial on how you actually do the video's so beginners like me can have an idea on where to start? I've considered making some video's but don't know what would be the simplest, easiest way. I know some people use their iphone, but don't know how they do that. Anyways, just a thought! I'm not overly organized, but when I am able to keep up with everything. It's because I have a routine in place and file what needs to be filed, shred, etc. I also have a file sorter with To Pay, To File that helps keep things organized.

Chevelle, I have a Mac and I got Windex wipes for electronics, they work really good. After cleaning the screen, I clean the keyboard and mouse with the same wipe. I think I got it in Walmart or Target.

I use clear short mason jars to organize colored sharpies,etc. They look nice & keep things organized :)

I keep my desktop organized with baskets,bins,jars,a short flowerpot with hummingbirds on it, for the pens,scissors and markers.I go through mail and coupons like you do when I am sitting and so called " taking a break".
@OrganizedJen Hi Jen. Love ur videos! For cleaning acrylic desktop sticky stain. Try carburetor/brake cleaner from hardware or auto store. This stuff dissolves grime and paint glue etc. Very inexpensive. Try a test patch but I bet it will work great. U will have to clean again with windex etc to get greasy residue off. Hope it helps!!!!

Have you tried Goo Gone to get the glue off of your desk? I have used this on glasses, binders, etc. It's super powerful for getting sticky stuff off without harming the surface. You'd have to look at the bottle to ensure it's safe for acrylic but I know I've used it on several surfaces and it works ver well.
Have you thought of just keeping your filofax in the top shelf of the sorter? It looks like it'll fit and that'll keep it out of the way when it stays in your office.

Hey, Jen! Greetings from Florida. I have been enjoying your videos and have been inspired, so thank you. Question, what is Winnie's channel called? I'll try to find it by searching as well. I'd like to see the video of her grooming station. I have a Yorkie who/whom (that one always tricks me, haha) requires frequent grooming and I would love to get ideas. His stuff is currently in shoe pockets which works ok.
