You can store wooden furniture in the garage. Just wrap it well in plastic. On Amazon you can buy narrow shelving units with an inbuilt light on the top might be good for your living room? Car hack- have it stick out the boot and rope the boot shut. 😂 Ok for short, slow journeys...

Daaamn that IKEA was huge! I love how you just went ahead and bought that pillow without having any need for it😂. It's a cute pillow though, definitely overpriced though. What a lovely video this was 😊

aahh the joys of furniture shopping in a small car, "Let's play Tetris(?) with space inside the car"...Pro(?) tip, always keep a couple of flat straps/tie downs in the boot; front seats lay flat-ish if you lay the backrest all the way back (slightly better than having stuff sticking up into your field of vision) and you can still have access to the front foot-well. When all else fails, you can tie stuff onto the roof of the car, even if you don't have roof-racks, use those rug grip mat thingy's, they grip the duco without damaging it, and the item won't go skidding across the roof of the car... A couple of years ago, my eldest son was given a 5'x 7' rectangle trampoline for the kids, and we tied it to the roof of my car...the things we do when we have no other choice...

When stuff is too long, take it out of the packaging and recline the front passenger /rear seats and then the front foot space adds so much to available length. If I can move everything except the bed/mattress/sofa and fridge in a weenie VW up to my new place, you can do it! Try second hand shops too. The Salvation Army furniture store sell really good stuff that’s in good condition. Some stuff is new, and they can deliver! Go Jazzy Girl!

Best advice I was given for storage is putting shelves up high in a room. The top of the wall is unused space. Also I'm 6 years into our move and we still have boxes of paperwork and stuff in our way. Life happens so get on that as soon as you can.
