Darlin, EVERYONE is amazed at how much "junk" they collect when they have to pack & move. You're not alone in that struggle 😁. You'll get it done. Just think, the unpacking in a new place is ALWAYS fun when it comes to figuring out where you want your stuff! Don't stress too bad (even though moving IS stressful LOL.)
A tip for when clearing out clothes/items: put the ones you are not sure about aside, out of sight (like you donated them) . If in a week or two you have not thought about them at all (oh I miss that/wish I hadn't donated it ) then go ahead and donate it.

All the great memories you have that you’ll be able to show your kids if you guys decide to have kids one day. I will sure miss the apartment as well. It will never be the same

WOW!! Your closet must be either super large or really packed! I feel your stress of moving. I HAD to move just over a year ago and I'm living out of a suitcase. We have not found a long term/permanent home yet. All of our stuff is in storage. So don't let the stress get to you, just remember we love you and understand if you have to reduce the time that we get to visit you. We'll still be here when you get time to vlog/post videos.

As you I found I had a LOT of clothes. I've made seasonal capsules and love having those. As for having a hard time parting with things, I find it easier to make a 'maybe' pile and then going through that after having determined the yes and no's. If I'm still in doubt, I pack them away and after a year, donate what I haven't taken out of storage to use (without looking at what was in it).
The dungarees dress with the pink shirt reminds me of primary school picture days when my mom would pick out my outfit and make it something super girly! 😅
And for sentimental clothing u don't think you will wear but don't want to get rid of , recycle into throw pillow covers, a quilt so that u still have them and now there being used
