I've not heard anyone highlight the fact that Qatar is providing completely free transport for the matches and also free medical care if needed. Who does that? All you hear is negativity just because you don't agree with their rules. That like an American boycotting the UK because he/she doesn't agree with the no gun laws in the UK.

Thanks mate. Yes, it’s already set in stone for the media that this will be a disaster tournament in a disaster country. Negativity sells and boycotting this World Cup is now in fashion because of it.
Should it have won a World Cup bid? No, but as we always say as travelling fans, we can only take it as we find it. So far, it’s been warm and welcoming. The alcohol news has not gone down well though 🤦♂️

Qatar's an islamic country. So obviously alcohol's banned. There are certain rules and regulations you have to follow.

I've admired fancy stafdiums, fancy buildings ,modern transportations, entertainment activites and all the preparations made by our Qatari brothers to host the FIFA WC . But I was astonished, like you too, there aren't as many food trucks in the streets as may be needed by the fans in their long walks. Regards from SA.

Is there no beer there at all or is it just not in the stadiums? Here in Scotland alcohol has been banned in stadiums for over 10 years. Everyone just goes to the pub before the game.

Those shoes are probably authentic because their factories are based in those regions. They don't have the original brand name because it is not approved by nike or puma.
The factory owners take the spare materials to make their own colour waves and put the shoe out underneath a counterfeit name.

Dave that wasnt the entrance it was the car park entrance. The real entrance is on the other side and you can see footballer images on the buildings
