Thank you for bringing up the part about David Carr and his 3rd place finish. When I coach my wrestlers I tell them a 3rd place finish is a great sign of a real competitor. It shows resilience, fortitude and perseverance. It is real easy to feel sorry for oneself after a loss and make excuses. It is much harder to overcome the adversity involved with a loss and continue fighting.

I love that he is only not focused on Nebraska wrestling program as some are towards theirs. He is giving credit to the wrestling nation. JB is his own man not reaching to be the Goat as they say. I see him as man of integrity, loyalty, humility, family man and a Christian. Not trying to be more than he should. I appreciate that of him. I pray for his strength to stay humble as the Lord see fit to continue to bless him.

I agree Manning is underrated, his guys are on point going into ncaa’s. Each team needs to do their part to topple Penn st. But that’s a tall order.

Don’t get it twisted, Jordan will still wax Carter and gut him out of the gym without even hitting the double. And this upcoming ass whipping will give Carter the perspective and experience he needs to get back to work and hopefully fill that 78 spot when the 🐐 is ready to step away. Carter will get there and be a dominant player in our national lineup. But not while “El Presidente” is still around🙏🏼
