    The AI sounds poor when it says a team finished thousands of games out of first place.

      That's AI? It makes sense, but I'm blown away because it sounds like a real person. The reason it makes sense is because, when he (or "it", rather) was reading the pitchers' records, instead of saying a pitcher was, for example, 9 AND 21, it was saying the pitcher was 9 TO 21, the way you would if you were reading the score of a game.

      I wasn’t obvious to me it was an AI voice.
      I guess that all AI voices sound like an African-American male voice

      Maybe my choice of terms isn't quite on the spot. The wording in the video has choices that don't seem human-written. The voice itself could be a person.

      @ibrown3KC ปีที่แล้ว +1

      My 2023 Royals may be bad enough to lose 120, also. Last I checked they are on pace for something like 119 losses or something.

    • @ibrown3KC
      @ibrown3KC ปีที่แล้ว +1

      P.S. I did the math and I guess theyve improved a tiny bit for, as of today (June 2nd), they are on pace for just 113 losses. They currently sit at 17-39 for a .304 winning percentage which, a .304 winning percentage after 162 games would put them at 49-113.

    Browns are not the Cardinals their the orioles

    • @davidkurvach3993
      @davidkurvach3993 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The 1898 St. Louis Browns would rename themselves the Cardinals in 1900. In 1902 the American League Milwaukee Brewers relocated to St. Louis and called themselves the Browns. This is the franchise that relocated to Baltimore in 1953.

  • @robertbluestein7800
    @robertbluestein7800 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    Several Things You Must Change: When discussing records, you don’t say “60-to-102”. No knowledgeable baseball fan EVER words it in this way. You should say “60 and 102.”
    2) The Browns moved to Baltimore. They were not succeeded by the Cardinals. In fact, the two teams played EACH other in the 1944 World Series.
    3) You totally butchered the Marv Thornberry and Casey Stengel.
    4) The most obvious mistake(s) are that TWICE you claim that teams finished “thousands” of games out of first place!
    Not sure if you are cut out to do baseball videos. Do your research and come back with something that doesn’t insult baseball fans.
    4)

      @@psychotainment823 no, not jealous at all. I have a wide array of interests and all I am saying is watch other videos on the subject and get the vernacular right.
      Secondly. Pay attention to what you say and listen to it before posting. One mistake is an oversight. Two mistakes is negligence. I liked the premise of the video however. Maybe you take the topic to the next level and do a story on the Worst Individual Records of all time.
      I’ll even suggest one:
      NYMets starting pitcher Anthony Young lost 27 consecutive decisions from 92-93.
