Love how she came out!!!! I only have an ipad pro and have never used a tablet so it was really awesome seeing your review and input as well knowing that you used an ipad for your art before.
I got mine today, I've had screenless tablets before this, damn I've been waiting all of my life for a affordable screen Graphics Tablet, for the longest Wacoms ridiculously expensive price has kept me away. But boy if you are a descent artist, this tablet will feel completely nature as if you're drawing on paper and does not have the massive learning curve like the screenless Graphic tablets.
I agree. I am in LOOOVE with this tablet. The only thing I feel it needs is a paper like texture which I'm planning to get from a screen protector. Also I vastly prefer drawing in it over my Intous. I've seen the Intous described as paper like and oddly enough feel like the Intous is more like a plastic marble than paper in terms of texture??? Sure that can be mediated by placing paper on it apparently, but I still hated how the Intous and the pen felt and was mixed about it's use. I don't think that is because the tablet is bad, more because it's dated technology. I've been making art work like crazy and the quality is on par with my paper art which is crazy since my digital art was usually 5x worse. It also no longer takes me 8 hours to make a drawing.
It would be nice to know how this tablet does over the long run, maybe you can do an update video that you can link to this one and say3 to 6 months and let us know how it is holding up. One of the cons for these cheaper tablets are they simply do not last! Can you let us know how this works for you please? Very good review and I hope it continues to work well. Have a great day
This is really great but with any piece of tech its VITALLY important to give a good overview of exactly what cables are included incase people need to supply their own adapters etc as I have had to because it's not mac compatible. I LOVE your fairy, she is amazing x
Malfurion Stormrage yes, good for artists of all levels! The tricky part is the software. I’m not sure which one she would use. Photoshop can be a little tricky for beginners because there’s a ton of features and it’s not made solely for drawing. But there are a lot of other options like clip studio paint, paint tool sai, etc!

When it comes to the red dial, is there an option of switching between brush size, zooming in/out, and/or rotating the canvas; or are you only able to set the dial for one of those options? That's something I don't see talked about when I see other artists review these lines of tablets. I'm thinking about switching from a Wacom Intuos Pro to a 15.6 Pro, so I want to know if that's possible. Thank you!
sapphitrasphire I checked and it’s not limited to those three options. It looks like you can program it to pretty much whatever. For me, it feels the most natural to use it for brush size because I’m constantly changing it when I paint.

I know you can program it to literally whatever, because it acts as another "express key" but does it work similarly like the Intuos Pro where you can click the button in the middle (if the tablet has one) and you can switch between different functions - such as canvas rotation, zooming, brush size, pan/scroll, etc - or is it set up for one function only?
sapphitrasphire I believe you can only do one unfortunately. It doesn’t have a button in the middle. I ended up setting a couple other keys to zoom in/out and it works just fine doing it that way. I have an intuos pro as well and that was a pretty handy feature!

I have an XP tablet as well; I have the screenless Deco 01, but I'm going back and forth on whether to invest in a display tablet. Everytime I think about it, I feel guilty 😁; I like the Deco, but since I'm used to drawing from pen to paper, using a display would be quicker for me. I have an iPad and I work fast on that. I was thinking about the 15.6 Pro and/or Innovator, but still have questions especially about whether I need to adjust the colors; you mentioned you had to do something so the colors look the same on your computer. Did you have to adjust it on the tablet? Thanks 😊

You need a PC to actually use a drawing tablet but if you don't want to use it you can buy one that doesn't need it or just use a iPad and get pro create its cheaper but pro create is like 10 dollars

It's really different to have a tablet with a display than not having one. Glad I ordered mine yesterday. I have to beg my mom to let me borrow some money haha so I have a debt to pay. But it's really worth it cuz I'm going to start my commissions this june 20th.. I have some problems with my non display tablet cuz it made me draw slowly..like what you said how it's hard to put in detailing. So I'm really happy and it would really help to finish my drawings within a day or just hours❤️❤️. Also, your artworks are so pretty😍💕

Yes. It's a monitor, so anything you install on you computer will show on the tablet. (However games like cs won't work haha)

Did you need an hdmi adapter ?
For Mac, yes since my Mac only has thunderbolt and USB ports. I bought a thunderbolt to HDMI adapter on amazon and it was pretty cheap
