Two things I noticed in this game: A) You can sometimes hear the Wario World theme song during the stage music. B) Whenever you shake an enemy they sound like a monkey.
It's the same thing in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. There is a town in the game called Petalburg which is also the name of a town in Pokemon Ruby & Sapphire.
That's strange. For EVERY SINGLE Wii game video I see on youtube the music is slower than it should be, like it was on PAL 50 =/ Maybe my wii is PAL 70 or something? (I'm aware that there is no such thing as PAL 70 though =P)
Well, seeing that they're both franchises owned by Nintendo, name sharing isn't too much of a surprise to me. As silly as the name is, it kinda has a ring to it, doesn't it?
Because he missed a bunch of coins and stuff and had to go back for them. Didn't you notice he checked his to-do list and then went to a different place in the redo?

You know, this is the first time I've seen you take damage.
Mt. Lava Lava. Paper Mario reference!

Sure, I liked it. It's just a little on the short side and the difficulty only ramps up when you unlock the secret levels.
I try not to get hurt, but if it doesn't matter, I on't sweat it if I do.
At some parts of the song you can hear Wario's theme from DDR Mario mix.
Which is a remix of Greenhorn Forest from Wario World
The barrel things that you have to slam to climb on reminds me of the Stilt Guys in Yoshi's Island: Super Mario World 2.
Hey isn't Mt. Lava Lava a place in Paper Mario?
cool :) i may have to get it then. i like wario games, and this looks to be a good addition.
