Woah! This is the first time I have heard of a choleric in Kenya accepting that they were difficult to work with because of their leadership style owing to their temperament. Many cholerics will always blame the other person and make them feel like something is wrong with the other person and not them. I have mad respect for Ivy... Let's be real... When called for interviews, many leaders in the corporate world will boast of their accomplishments, but if the microphone is passed to their subordinates, what will they say about their leader? How did their leader make them feel?

I like the level of self awareness. I agree that self advocacy has its place but it also propagates terrible office politics. In an ideal world, people should be rewarded based on their all round outputs. If a leader is not able to recognize good leaders then they have failed. The past toxic Ivy thrived because she could still be rewarded despite her toxicity because of self-advocacy.
In accepting our weaknesses we gain our strengths 😍. Yes please give yourself grace. 😍
