U can get it by fishing, you see there's a purple bag, u can get rock at it
( u can possibly get the rock in area 4)

You can get the bamboo by fishing location area 6 at the lake or you can do some hidden quest to unlock secret shop and buy bamboo using coupon
Best time to catch the bamboo treasure between 18:00-21:00pm

Time 21:00 to midnight the secret shop will open the location area 6. yes you need to do quest first buy cement and give it to the npc location hardware
