@@DeniseLookingOut I rode from Syracuse to Albany on the Erie Canal last year, stayed in hotels and had a blast. I also ride at a pace of 10-12 MPH when riding and always feel like the slowest but I enjoy it.

Didn't want to take up time in the chat but if your looking for weekend trips close to home. I was going to suggest an overnight out and back on from Xenia to Chillicothe on the Jamestown Connector and the Paint Creek Recreational Trail with a short stint of road riding in between. I call it the Tecumseh trail. It's almost 70 miles total with food and lodging in Washington Court House about half way in between and Chillicothe has food and lodging as well. Chillicothe also has the Hopewell Mounds which is a world heritage site and if you've not seen the Tecumseh Outdoor Drama in Chillicothe it would be something to do the night of your stay. I highly recommend it. Anyhow, thought I would pass it along. Happy riding!
