Dux wasn't behind the camera, and he didn't make the soundtrack, lol. He helped with choreography, which isn't that good, to be honest. He stole the idea of Bloodsport from Enter the Dragon. It's basically the same movie. There are also things added to Bloodsport that Dux had nothing to do with.

The scene where van damme breaks the bottom brick i would say is probably my favorite scene in the movie, or at least the most powerful scene, not only does he prove his worth to those who doesn't think he can handle the kumite but it shows van dammes extreme concentration in his eyes and the yell he makes which is unlike any other martial arts star, like you said before bruce lee does something like it in enter the dragon wen he jumps on the guy, but van dammes is better. if that scene was cut and ruined i can only imagine how many other scenes would have been ruined too and if van damme and whoever else didn't go back to re-edit the movie i don't think we would have ended up with the best martial arts movie of all time, instead we probably would have gotten something forgettable - ruined by the bad editing by not letting everything van damme can do come through.

Excellent! Thank you to the Viking Samurai for the hard work put into this production! I look forward to each of these. Thank you for giving Hanshi Dux the opportunity to tell his side of things.
If you just listen, it's not that hard to see whats going on. You must research both sides of everything..in great detail..in order to put 2 and 2 together. I have been doing just that for 20 years and he is still one of my biggest inspirations.
It's sad to see other respected and accomplished men in Hollywood spending so much time worrying about anyone else but themselves. If they look beyond the end of their nose, they will see that Frank Dux is one of the humblest and most honorable men around and that often, these people trying to discredit Dux are taking things out of context or exaggerating false claims that were never even there to begin with.
Do the research yourself. You put so much effort into believing slander so why not go the extra mile? His work speaks for itself. That truth alone is all that matters to me.
Thank you again to the both of you. This is just outstanding journalism and offers new perspective.

I think we can all say it was a collaborative effort where a lot of people brought something to the table and those "something's" all came together and produced a master piece. I think having a movie with your “legal name” as the hero, the glory from the film being the greatest martial arts film ever to date, and having greatest martial arts “action star” Master Jean-Claude play you… may make a few people jealous. It was a lot to bear and still is. For example, Master Don Wilson speaks out about Master Frank; think about it, Master Don has won so many outstanding kickboxing championships and is beautiful and graceful while doing it! But, why, and how come so many people say the name Frank Dux, over Don Wilson?? A lot. It’s unbearable to these warriors because you see, these outstanding talented men have not looked enough within themselves for their own spiritual growth and self confidence. “If” Master Frank was a big fake, “which he is not”, then why can he sit in his house and do what he does all day, listen to the haters speak, and still be ok. It’s because he has the self confidence of a true master of the martial arts; he finds approval within.. it’s so important to achieve this because the same people who tell you that you are “great” are the same people who will tear you down one minute later in the same breath. Which is exactly why Master Frank for all of these years has let others call him a phony and get away with it! It’s because Master Frank doesn’t care what “Anyone” thinks of him as a man or warrior. He centers himself with the love of his family, his own belief in himself, and the contributions he made for all the children of the 1980’s and 90’s in martial arts!

Hello, Viking Samurai. I've enjoyed all your segments of the Frank Dux interview. It's got me to think about things in a certain way, in relation to Dux. In 1993, Dux attended the 2nd annual Draka Martial Arts Trade Show in Los Angeles, where he had a confrontation with kickboxer Zane Frazier.[11] Dux had previously hired Frazier to teach classes for him, though Frazier alleges that Dux never paid him. A fight ensued, with Frazier proving victorious. Rorion Gracie and Art Davie witnessed the fight and subsequently offered Frazier a position in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.[12][13][14] Dux states that Frazier sucker punched him while wearing brass knuckles,[13] in contradiction to multiple sources, including mixed martial arts (MMA) referee John McCarthy, who make no mention of this in their accounts of the fight. -Frank Dux, Wikipedia

What do you think about this as a movie idea: Paris the prince of troy; told from his pov.
He’s the one who started the whole war. He also kills Achilles, a half God. The most ferocious the greatest warrior of all time, a heroes hero. Who was Alexander the greats hero. He also stole queen Helen of Sparta, from a Spartan king. That’s courageous or crazy I don’t know. Which then starts a world war in which his world around him burns down. But what’s interesting is that Paris could have started the war so he could kill Achilles, the half god, King of the Myrmidons greatest warrior in the world. ??? How does it sound? It has Achilles, a Spartan King, The Hottest Woman ever Queen Helen, Prince Hector of Troy, Patroclus cousin of a half-God Warrior King of Ant Men myrmidons, obviously Paris. Paris survives by running away. After the survivors of Troy move to like idk the Italy area and are known for generations as the people of Troy. Even Achilles had a son. Could tie Achilles son in there too… but idk 🤷‍♂️
Maybe it could be told from the pov of Paris and Patroclus. Where we can look at Achilles and the warriors from a different angle. As a more mysterious rugged tough warrior side, and less of kinder loving side.
