You know, this song has been out a long time now, and I still can't nail this solo at all 😭
this solo is a great practice for different techniques including sweep picking. I think you will improve your skills if you master this song so keep practicing! 😃

This solo isn't as hard as it sounds the shreds and sweeps are pretty basic still a fantastic solo and David plays it fantastically but if u play it for long enough it comes pretty easily
You could say that about every single solo
True it's not that hard
It took me 1 hour completed this solo.but the definition of easy depends the person.if you’re familiar to sweep picking and basic shred easy peasy no cap.

I honestly don't remember the amp settings, as I commented on another video I just start messing with the knobs and pedals until I find something I like, but I guess I should start writing everything down.

Pablo Medina Pérez It won't be perfect, but a harmonizer effect will do. Or an octaver in a pinch, the digitech whammy has a harmonizer setting that would work well I think.

Do you economy pick up and down? You could be wasting motion and going against yourself maybe, also progressive palm mute
+Obscure Jesse it's not the picking for me it's the moving my fingers to the right frets in the right order. i taught myself to play so I don't use all my fingers the way I'm supposed to
+LpJunior537 Hopefully you can un/relearn mate, much harder just learning especially at first, just make you're always doing it right, at what ever speed and it should come naturally eventually :)

Hello, great cover/tabs. Question? With the quick little scale runs are they played 16th note triplets? So is that 6 notes per click? If so how would I approach something that quick? Should I put the click down to 50bpm then play the scale runs? Any advice would massively help.

Start playing from 80 pr 85 BPM and try to play with the click and the. Eventually increase the tempo to 130 and u are there 😁
What program do you use to edit your videos? This is how I want to make mine.

yeah man, just practice slowly you'll get there, everyone thinks that until your muscle memory finally kicks in and you get it!

Nevertheless it's quite easy solo. Yeah, last part is hard, but playable ;). Practice makes perfect, and I'm actually learning it ;)
