Yes!!! The Twilight saga series has problematic issues in all them. And Hannah with the wine, I also love the Lord of the rings. And I started reading them when I was 20. I wasn't a fan myself...but I was curious 🤔 what all the hype was about. Cause I wasn't attached to the characters, as I felt there wasn't much character development.
First things first, I read the twilight books as they were released so I’m in the majority Hannah B talked about. I enjoyed them, but i was 14 years old. As an adult woman, there’s just NO WAY in heck I would enjoy reading these again. I own all of them still, but strictly for nostalgic reasons. They hold, and will always hold, a special place in my library for that 14 year old Valerie who didn’t feel like she fit in, and who loved the idea of a handsome boy being interested in her. I still would like to see y’all read The Breathing Series and dissect it. I’ve read them about 3 times now (follows a girl from junior year of high school until her first year of college). I think y’all may hate them, so I want you to read because I liked it 😂🤣
Awww, I love that you still own the whole Twilight Saga and that it’s holds such a nostalgic place in your heart. Also yes, I’ll put that on our video list. I’ve been wanting to check the Breathing series out and this gives me good incentive!
I first read twilight when I was in year 8 so I was 12 and I remember finding it so exciting looking for the whole series in charity shops around town. I read them from about the age 12-14 and I thought I was so cool just because it was twilight I was reading. Don’t think I’ll read them again but I still own them. I think I preferred life and death more... haha - I loved hearing your thoughts😁
I was someone who loved the books but I think that was purely for the fact that I read them when I was 13 and it was the first young adult book I read so it felt very grown up 😂 I'd be scared reread them because I know I won't like them as much (or at all) and rewatching the movies was bad enough 😂
The movies were so awful! I’m actually so surprised that I (Hannah F) semi enjoyed the books enough to give them 2 stars. I could definitely see myself at age 13 loving them!
Oooo I hope both of you like it!! It’s my absolute favorite!!!
