That is a good point. I mean, you can be happy or proud for your sibling acomplishments, but in this particular situation can be problematic for you. Perhaps people will start unwanted comparisons, try to reach out to you so you can "hook them up" with your famous sister or other kind of annoying situations. So, the strategy of feign total ignorance may be the best.
Miku's little brother not just denying that he's related to THE Itou Miku but straight up denying the knowledge of her existence to his friends then telling her about it afterwards is kind of a chad move imo. But perhaps that's just because my perspective as simp who's trying to save up for a pair of Miku wireless earbuds, hoping to pull a signed card from the Weiss Schwarz Miku theme deck, and wishing he had some relatives in Japan who could hook him up with the limited edition PCP blueberry Miku alcohol is affecting my judgement.
Imagine the kind of attention he'll get from Miku fans. imo it wasn't exactly a chad move (whatever that means), it's a decision of someone who wants a life without unnecessary attention

i can understand his action you don't want attention and you definitely don't want to simp your own older sister it would be awkward(and hard to suppress your feeling) though i can't really like his being cold to miku just be natural when no one see
