I hope my husband comes home looking like that this Saturday after he sees the stylist who is going to put on his hair system. He looks a little like Enrique. What a Latin dish he is. Would never mind showing him off to my friends.
Question: i go running often and then sweat a lot, like really a lot. Can i still use this system safely? The worst that could happen is that the system falls of whilst running!
Yes, you could apply these methods to a poly base. You shouldn't wash your hair every day just as you wouldn't wash your own hair that frequently - just wash it once or twice a week.
Hi Srinivas - it should be safe, yes. Using alcohol is a standard part of the hair system application procedure. As with any product, you may want to test a little bit on your skin before you use it.
Is the tape supposed to only stick to your skin and not the lace when you pull it back like this? Mine has never done this it’s always stuck to the lace
As the stylist says at 01:06, it's OK if the tape is left either on your scalp or on the base. You'll actually see it stuck to the base in the video we shared today: th-cam.com/users/shortscqjpCr3T6W4.
Do you sell this tape? I have a small receeding hairline but thick hair. I can easily comb over my hair and it looks perfect. Im hoping i can put a little tape on my receeding hairline and stick my existing hair over on the tape. Not sure if that would work or if possible.
Hi David - this isn't something we have experience with but it seems your stuck-down hair could appear too flat if you did this. That said, we do sell tape www.lordhair.com/accessories/maintenance-accessories.html but if you were to just order tape from us then with shipping, it would actually make sense to order directly from your own country.
The problem I am seeing with lord hair patch system, hairs are coming out in big volume. More than my natural hair fall. Whether I do shampoo or just spray and comb. Not sure if I am doing anything wrong.
Hi Nitesh - we're sorry to hear this as there shouldn't be that kind of hair shedding. Please get in touch with your customer service rep and we'll look into this for you/offer advice.
Hi Muhammad - sorry but we're not sure of this particular brand. As you may well know, there are various types out there. One popular option is C-22 Solvent by Walker Tape.
I don't know why my tapes doesn't stick to my hair system well ? it sticks to my scalp but not to my hair system even though I wash with shampoo and dry it well??
One problem I am having with my lace system..the tape always seems to show on my front hairline …it kind of defeats the purpose of wearing a system if the tape is showing…I place my tape as close to edge as explained in these videos..not sure what I’m doing wrong
Could it be the shine of the tape? There are different types of no-shine tape that you could use just along the front so that might be something to consider. Or, you might have to try glue if tape continues to be a problem. You'll actually find that many hair system wearers like to use glue along the front (and tape elsewhere). The last resort may be to consider a different hairstyle.
It's easy for another person to do it, but doing it yourself is a nightmare especially lining up the tape perfectly on the hairline because if it's even a bit under the hairline, the hairline of the hair system will easily lift. Have not been able to master it.
Hi Thomas - thanks for your interest. First of all, you will find plenty of resources and information on our website but if you'd like to speak directly with someone please reach out to us and we'll be happy to get you started: www.lordhair.com/contacts.
Some of the comments here are so unreasonable. The purpose of the video is to demonstrate a quick clean up of a tape adhered french lace system. It doesn't claim to be showing a brand new perfectly cut in system, the guys probably had his current system several months.
@@Lordhair So you have to buy a new hair system every 3 months. At around $300 the pieces four time a year, it become a $1200 yearly expenses. Not sure I can afford that.
We're very sorry you haven't heard from us. Is there anything in your junk folder as our emails often end up there? If you don't have the contact details of your customer service rep then you can also reach us here: www.lordhair.com/contacts. We'll be sure to look out for your message! Thank you for your patience.
The edges of the hairline are not stuck down. Of course it doesn't really matter if the hairline isn't exposed. Glue is better for an exposes hairline.
Tommy Smith Hi Tommy - the tape doesn't actually need to be attached right at the end. The lace will still remain flat on your scalp like this and people won't notice it.
Hi - the front has already been loosened with a solvent remover. We showed that in another video but not this one: th-cam.com/video/vWA50Yzmx-c/w-d-xo.html. Sorry if this is misleading but ordinarily you don't need to worry about the front lifting up as it does here.
Hi Rushi - sorry if you feel we haven't been showing enough hair colors but here are links to a few of our videos that show customers wearing #1A and #1B: th-cam.com/video/DeTA9D4sb5g/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/viLq14PPY28/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/vSlFxvrHdKU/w-d-xo.html
Sorry Pedro - perhaps we should have used a new unit in this video but the point of the video was to show how to replace the front tape and this is something people will have to do when their hair systems are not brand new.
tbh really bad hairline on this one? u can see it a mile off!! i thought the whole point of them is to look like they do on the site? an not to be seen... hmmm
That's an very old hair system that tony was going to replace and the lace edge became loose and not quite natural. Just before remove it, Sarah would like to show how to change the tape in daily life. Sorry for not using a new hair system to do this tutorial video.
Hi AdonailLove33, he was wearing an very old hair system and we were going to replace a new one for him. The old one is definitely not as good as new ones. This video was made just before taking off his old hair system, mainly showing you how to change the front tape in daily life. Thank you.
Hi Sudhar, it depends on the type of tape you use, if you are active or not, the climate, and so on. Usually you can change it every few days to make the hairline looks perfect.
The hair system looks great. I compliment this guy for his great look.
So professional...I love her voice.
Amazing video. My new favorite TH-cam channel

Hi sir, we strongly recommend you use waterproof tape or adhesive. Ultra Hold Tape or EBP tape from Walker Tape are both known to be very secure.😊
Great Video! Thank you.
😊❤❤❤
Thank you so much!!!
Does the apply to poly with both tape and walker tape glue? Also re cleaning, isn't it too much to wash your hair on a daily or back to back basis??
Yes, you could apply these methods to a poly base. You shouldn't wash your hair every day just as you wouldn't wash your own hair that frequently - just wash it once or twice a week.
please advice if its safe to apply alcohol on the skin to remove the glue or the tape from the skin.

Same issue here, so I put the tape a little inside. My hair style is front fringe so it will cover anyway.
I tried taping the front of my unit myself, it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be
It's definitely a learning process William but we'll be happy to help if we can.

Exactly, Jimbo! 🙂
The main issue I have is that a few hair stick on the tape residue and damaging the front line.
Use remover first
What kind of unit is that on the guys head. French lace, poly. Let me know lordhair
Hi Herz, it's a full French lace unit. Thank you.
@@LordhairHow long can it last, min to max ?

I wouldn't do daily. Maybe weekly
weekly is good❤
No chance that tape isn’t staying on the unit and gonna be easy to remove.
What tape is she using???
show us a jet black or a 1b system stop showing us these other colors that have no problem looking realistic

System is looking not so natural and the hair cut is not good unlike the model videos they are damn good
