The thing I love about yalls videos is the fact that you show the areas. The waters. The wildlife. Also the bays yall anchor in that shows how busy and how many boats are around. Florida born and raised on kissimmee river I can not wait to get my live aboard and do this. Still a little bit out because my mom has dementia and I am her only caretaker. Thank god for youtube in my mundane everyday life stuck in the mountains of kentucky. Thank you for the beautiful videos that cause me to dream and smile.
those canals could have been used for fishing ive seen them in other parts of the world during high tide fish, crabs etc go into them, and then they block off the water when the tide goes lower trapping what ever is in the canal, ive seen lagoons like this also
Hi Marco - we do nothing and we have never had an issue. This is in part because we have fiberglass fuel tanks - not steel or aluminum, so they do not get condensation in them. We have never had a fuel filter issue or clogging problem with our fuel and the Ford Lehman engines are very simple mechanical diesel engines and are not picky about the fuel as long as it's well filtered before getting to the engine. Thanks, Jim
Have you fished for bill fish in the area you’re in? I’ve caught both Marlin and Sailfish out of Los Cabos and I’ve heard east cape and Buena Vista are prime spots.
I’m wondering about the ditch . Could it have been dug by locals to keep RV’s off the beach ? I guess it’s possible , because salt or brackish water won’t work for irrigation . What do you think ?
Yeah, Saturday morning cartoons have definitely ruined me because each time you mention Los Gatos I can hear Speedy Gonzales's voice in my head: "Watch out for those pussy cattos"

Enjoyed the video, thank you. Anchored at Dungeness Spit.
What great tales to tell! Thank you Jim and Rosie. As always no wind and flat seas to you our TH-cam friends.
Porpoises were incredible!
They swam by sea venture on porpoise

I think that’s the best idea I’ve heard so far. Thanks, Jim.
Haven’t seen you fuel in a while
No need. We won’t need to buy fuel until 2024 sometime.
But, how do you keep the fuel in good condition for such a long time?

Not yet, but we may have the chance as summer approaches

That’s a good idea, but I wouldn’t think so, because we were on an island with no access for vehicles, or anything to get to
@@CruisingSeaVenture Thanks, didnt realize it was an island !

Have you ever had a dolphin or whale bump into your boat while underway?
Not bump. We have had a humpback whale rub along the hull on purpose in Alaska.
