"Oops! You have to put the CD in your computer." "If you select the green brick, you go. If you select the red brick, you stay. Green go, red stay." People who played the game know these pretty well, I presume.
FINALLY A HD VERSION OF THIS SONG THAT'S PITCHED CORRECTLY most ppl just reupload the second gen tape that isn't pitched the same as the in-game version without modifying it at all
There's just something about that fat bass lick, The minimalist drums, the ethereal disembodied voice saying "Lego", then the chorus opening up with harmonizing synths that really makes this so unique and in a class of its own. This was vaporwave before vaporwave was a thing. Nearly every track on this soundtrack is competent in its respective genre. Hate to sound like an old man but they really don't make video game osts like this anymore
I don't know why almost the soundtrack has the music PAL pitched inside and outside of the game for some odd reason which makes me unconfutable considering the fact, For example the Brickster Chase on finding the last few pieces is in PAL pitched yet in the HQ it is not but the HQ was lacking the guitar solo. Despite the game came out in 1997 we will never know that the game's pitch is supposed to be correct or not. But who knows...

"Green Red Brick You Stay"

The infomaniac was my first video game friend.
I felt this in my soul.

Oh for sure. And that midi cuíca (squeaky drum sound)
Good memories of the 90s, a happy escape world.
Proto Vaporwave
Are you ready to leave Lego I-
Are you ready to lea-
Are you ready to leave Lego-
Are you-BEEEEP!
I love this game to death, and even if it has aged badly, it’s still my favorite LEGO game!
I wouldn't play this game today but it's still a work of art.
This, Racers, and Rock Raiders is the trifecta imo
The sounds of my childhood
This song is amazing
Holy shit it sounds better
I'm getting a flood of nostalgia from this! Wonderful!

It’s because the tapes were clearly stretched due to their age.
Nostalgia
I used to play this so much 😂
It sounds so much better now! Could you potentially post a download link to your upload of this song?
