Eyyy Senpai Bearz G! These types of videos are awesome because I also learn a lot from you teaching others. I actually caught my first "lure fish" on a dropshot based on your instructions and videos so thank you! Not part of the BG community because I don't have FB but I am a subscriber! Keep doing what you do!
Ayyyye getting your son in with the OG irons! Cub G making pap G jealous with the early catch. 😂, waiting for when my kid wants to wake up butt crack early with me.
Nice Spotted Bass i was fishing at Ventura Harbor a few days ago & the only thing I caught was a big Spotted Bass he took me into the rocks & got me stuck but after letting out some slack he came out luckily he put up a great fight it was probably in the 2 pound range even though he was legal size I put him back I never keep any fish just like to catch them. 👍
Paul here from Washington state. Enjoy your videos. Educational and fun. I see you don't do much fresh water fishing. Have you fished over in the imperial valley? The all american canal as you know has great fishing fished there in my younger years giant catfish big carp. Only 150 miles east. Happy fishing
@@obi1shinobi140 buddy had his tranx 200 drag go bad after 5 bonitos. Maybe he got a lemon. But a 200 size reel for bay shore fishing is a bit overkill unless you're going on skiffs, kayaks or charters or dedicated a-rig fishing.
Yeah 6 and 8 lb. test line and the fish probably have a concussion after hitting the water that hard. Just saying treat them a little gentler when releasing them.
It's good to teach someone how to fish, so how about teaching them about respecting the fish your catching. Your letting them flop around in the rocks and on the concrete and then chucking them back into the water. What a joke. I'm down there every week fishing and am careful when unhooking and putting the fish back into the water. Have a little common sense.
Do you use barbless hooks? Sometimes they get stuck and gotta use a little force. Spotties are pretty resilient. They’ll be fine. I haven’t had one complain yet.

Saltwater Fishing is where my heart is at, not a big fan of freshwater fishing unless it's the midwest, such as Minnesota.
Hahaha “happy for him” or happy for yourself to share in the hunt for the tug. The tug is the drug.
Let’s goooooo!!🤙🎣🎣
Fishing slowing down a bit up in Long Beach. Been getting a lot of short strikes on my jig fishing, big hits, but they just dont hang onnnn
Boni fishing has been slow for me and people at the pier don’t care about the limit sometimes I feel like calling the game warden 😂

Sad that he caught a derpy bonito, they usually fight crazy. Good edit

Thanks for the info my fellow fishing enthusiasts
@BearzG small enough for the hand. for sure he got a bad one. Would rather go for something designed for salt honestly to each there own tight lines.
Bonito from the shore!? 🔥
You know it!

Feels like bro justifying the spot he picked to fish it’s all good b

They’ll be fine. Make videos on the proper way to release a spotty from shore… make sure to film everything… including eating💩 on the rocks.
