    Thanks Professor Jeanne Brett for the tips on negotiation. The biggest problem that is encountered in the business world, and even on a day to day basis, is dealing with the "emphatic no". The importance of sharing interests during negotiating cannot be undermined for reaching a win-win situation.

    I am an extremely disrespectful situation (perjured charges, barratry) where someone is negotiating allegedly on my behalf without knowing or understanding ANYTHING. Except for putting me in shitty dire conditions to try to force me to take shite, since my alternative is worst than dogshit.
    I will refuse to the day I die.
    I am not a slave.

    If you learned something from this video, i.e. you didn't already have this level of knowledge, you probably shouldn't be negotiating anything yourself. Maybe try your hand at negotiating pumpkins first but get help if it involves business.
