I suspect that the Trauma induced by bathing in the water during cancer or other foreign element's removal could easily be devastating to the physical structure of ones body, and is probably the primary reason this is not regularly used to heal the injured. My suspicion is also that the Pill SCP that 'heals anything' also counteracts cancer anyway - though its a very limited commodity. -_I'll Be Listening._

Classification is not how safe it is, if an item is "safe" it means that the foundation can just lock it up and forget about it.
