    Just ordered tall the parts to make this type of exposure unit. Have you ever exposed a 23 x 31 screen?

      @@Dtag1971 starlight is the best but its not cheap what i would do is go to ur local glass shop and tell them you need low lead glass your screen printing they can get you glass that works that dont brake the bank just tell them u dont want uv blocker u need the uv to go though glass

    Do you know how many mw / cm2 from the source to the glass? Or how many mw / cm2 does this 100W LED have?

    Think I could get similar results with the led black lights. I’d rather keep the size like an old light box. So I’m able to build it into a desk or work station. Worried it’ll be too close

      @ballerpro03 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@waldo2413 yeah I was thinking the same, should I decrease the distance to like 18-20. Also I was thinking of doing it kind of like a table top closed off

    Wow. 6 seconds?? Impressive. I need to improve. I take 6 minutes to expose mine with a 30w led light. Even with the sun, it takes like 30 seconds. But I need to get to at least a few seconds to work faster.

      @enzprintco.8625 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      waldo2413 - 7 seconds with the delay (so 5.5) or actually 7 seconds? If I can burn screens at 7 seconds...I don’t even need the timer lol

      waldo2413 you get decent 1/2 tones with a photopolymer? I was told you need diazo emulsion for that kind of detail. But then again, it’s probably my doodie multi bulb unit undercutting...
