when this video was out, i was shocked by the level of sincerity, openness and vulnerability. most of the time Colin perform with his back to the crowd, for them to focus more on this spiritual experience, the collective experience of seeng the Light. So when this masterpiece came out, it was even uncomfortable to see and share. Too much raw feelings, if you are connected to Amenra and feel them.
As years go by, i am here this sunny early morning, touching grass and remembering my only friend, a mon ame. His warmth is all i had. Now i am ready to meet the pain and guilt with my face open. I have Amenra, we are not alone

That really hits it ... don't want to give it all to Colin, but he really hits deep. ART! ... if there ever was one. Even more so, because you know he means it, real stuff. Holds true for the rest of the band, but one always seems to steal the show. ;)
you will have a hard time in life but that's what they are -they allows you to open your eyes to meaningful things in your life that you could not see before, love to you Colin!

It's like they took my emotions towards my Mom, ripped them out of my core, and created a song with them. Beautiful, harsh, frail, and destructive all at once.

beautiful music and the soft spoken vocals are great.... But when the whiny screams start it completely ruins the song.
if you're gonna scream at least do it right.
What's wrong about it? To either his own style of screaming. He screams in agony and that suits this song much better in my opinion than some gutturals or shrieks could ever do. Either way, to each his own. Cheers

The whiny vocals just sound bad, nothing to “ understand”
The only thing wrong with the vocals is that their mix is to muffled and quiet in the song. Otherwise they're perfectly fine
