Another one for you let’s say their is a culture of sexual harassment in a workplace and the employees have complained to the supervisor and that person does nothing. If his coach under him used a racial slur he should be dismissed. In this case the head coach doesn’t see racial slurs as an issue therefor I talked to him was the so call discipline. A racial slur should not be used in any context by a coach and for this hypocritical man to say it was a teaching lesson says all I need to know.
