Another great cook guys! I made my bacon jalapeño patty melts last night. Simular to what you just made. I used the seeded rye bread and a cream cheese and diced jalapeño mixture. Of course, the sautéed onions but no mushrooms even though I do like them. I used Swiss cheese. Next time I think I'll use a mix of Swiss and pepper jack. Maybe you could make these smash burger style with the bacon and jalapeño cream cheese between the burgers! Always enjoy your videos and Griddle On!

We are a seasonal channel which sees dips - and our numbers are projecting higher than this time last year. We have respect for the brands, but the way we have been treated by Pit Boss has been truly amazing. It isn’t about money (if it was I wouldn’t still be teaching…) - they simply wanted to support and sponsor us. It was really nice to get recognized for the work we put in.

I don’t like seasoning on my fries. I salt mine and use A-1 + ketchup mix to dip them in. A little Worcestershire sauce in ketchup is also really good.

Looks bomb, pretty much like everything you guys make. Would love to see you guys try blue cheese burgers like my wife and I make them. Just use blue cheese as your cheese and caramelize sweet onions and mushrooms with a little butter and Worcestershire sauce, toast your buns and add your favorite bbq sauce.

Hey fam! They were frozen, but had been out for about 15 minutes (here in Central Florida, they had began to thaw). That said, I'd have no problem placing them from frozen, but would be careful with a large amount from frozen. Hope this helps!
