I can't relate to how you feel brother, i worked as an amazon delivery driver for about 5 years until i quit 2 years ago, hang in there. Awesome video btw your editing is superb, and that was a good leg workout at gym, good form on squats and rdl's keep up the good work 👍
I've worked with numerous companies, and I've realized that jobs far from home tend to stress me out, especially when the salary is low. It's essential to drink more water and eat calorie-dense foods to boost your energy. By the way, I'm currently working in a DSP.
Very nice editing 👍 I guess it all depends on the area, but this is definitely a chill job for introverts. I have to cram up to 395 in a similar van 😢 and can't finish the route in the timely manner in my area. Not everyone can keep up the same pace that this DSP wants... Some are cutting corners to beat the algorithm time allowance and they are basically fooling the system to add more stops to a route Still waiting if they'll trim the fat and let me go after I joined in June 2024
yo you need to find a new job ASAP, the commute is killing you. Imagine only having to commute 20 minutes so you can wake up at 8:30 to go to work. I used to be an Amazon delivery driver and now I work delivering packages for a small company. Much easier work, just remember that Amazon is a stepping stone into the delivery driving job market, alot of employers like hearing you used to do 180 stops a day with 300 packages on a daily basis. My job is only 100 packages a day with 5 stops and free lunch!
@@ra2heed go get it brotha. Try not to be too materialistic, I saw the part in the video where you saw that G wagon and said it was your dream car but in reality bro its a Mercedes and that will break down on you eventually and you will have a headache trying to find a mechanic to fix it for you. Just remember to earn big; live small brother!
I'm so sorry to hear you're struggling this much, this struggle won't last and you will get to a better place eventually. I used to work stressful job after stressful job to the point my GP thought i had cancer from how fast I was losing weight and I used to have nightmares about my job every night, waking up at 3am with anxiety and worries about work. Now the stress is more manageable, you will get to that place too, don't give up, opportunities and success are coming your way and Allah will never give you any burdens you cannot handle. This was a very eye-opening video, thank you for sharing.
Thinking about applying for this , looks like a great workout and I already do workouts in below zero already so, the driving around and being alone is a huge plus too! Beats standing at a cash register or sitting at a computer for 8 hours

But I can't keep up with the veterans that do over 400-500 packages in a standard prime van 😢
You’re a champ bro! You’re putting up with a lot. I did delivery too in negative 20’s. It’s not fun. But really, the job is okay, it’s easy work. Just moving boxes around. It’s simple. But what stings, or for me, was the pay. With it being less than $30 per hour, which should be min for delivery IMO, it makes the job miserable. It makes the job feel not worth it IMO. So hang in there, buddy! A lot of us absolutely feeling stressed about the high cost of living. It’s making things very tough for people in all sorts of ways. Great work with your videos too!
I found a delivery station 3 miles from my house... Former FedEx Ground subcontractor driver, so I knew what it was about being a delivery driver Watched a few videos and decided to jump in the game June 2024 Survived working 6 days a week for the summer and October prime delivery Survived the holiday peak season but I couldn't keep up with the veterans doing 400+ packages in a day 😢 We shall see if I'm one of the drivers that get cut this month due to shortages of routes (slow season) Doing this for under $20/hour isn't worth it. Glad in my area it's $23.25 for now Not sustainable if living solo for sure in NJ but it's an easy job.
Can confirm. Did this for a little bit. Where I was I had to take my breaks in my truck cause I would've had to drive 10min away from my route to get to a shopping center. Saved time bringing my lunch box. Pay was 19.50. It also depends on what DSP you join with. Some are better managed than others. I was with a pretty shitty one with majority rental vans that were all parked in a mall parking lot and then we had to drive 10min to the station. Feel for you, man.
Hey. I respect the hustle brother but some things that may make things easier on you in my opinion. 1. Either get a job that is closer to your home or get a home closer to your job. Your commute to and from work is killing you dude. Easier said than done of course. 2. Your diet is great and you seem to be in great health but I think you would feel better if you upped your calorie intake even more considering how active your job is and how much you like to exercise on your free time. Remember, you build muscle when you rest not when you work out. So either up the calories to help you not feel so tired and depressed or change up your workout routine to where it is not as strenuous on your body. Try reducing the amount of volume you do per workout or try to reduce the amount of times you workout per week to allow for more very important recovery time. Examples being doing a full body workout once a week or reducing your sets per exercise such as 2 sets of slow and controlled reps vs 4 sets of sloppy, bad technique reps. It will make a big difference. 3. Does the job suck? Yes. Almost any job you have is going to suck to some degree. Especially if you feel like you are too good for the job. Just remember that you are not the only person out here working a job that you hate, working a job that does not allow you time to chase your dreams. You are not the only Amazon delivery driver or human in general out here struggling. We are all struggling just like you. The mindset you have towards this job is a bit negative and pessimistic in my opinion. Chasing your dreams takes time. Even more time than you originally think. Don't let your future ruin your today. Slow down a bit on chasing your dreams and allow yourself time to rest and recover and smell the roses every once in a while. Life is good if you allow it to be. Sincerely, A 30 year old husband, father, and workout enthusiast with dreams I am still chasing myself. I hope nothing but the best for you brother.
From what you’ve wrote I’d say you make a great father and husband, overall solid advice and I appreciate you taking the time to write that. Definitely, we all have our struggles and I hope success for those chasing their dreams and for you as well brother.

Drivers need to boycott uber , lyft , amazon , etc until they pay us 90% of the earnings why should companies thrive on the drivers ..folks ceos cant do it alone execs managers etc they can do maybe 200 deliveries a day meaning they need us why arent we uniting and demanding more money . We need a voice for the people. Jeff bezos would be worth 10 million max if he didnt have drivers
