I feel like I just traveled vicariously to those countries to see what unique snacks they have. I am going to call it the Taste Travel Tour! Thanks 😊

You guys with the roll test, reinventing the wheel! 🤣
I'm with you on the dark chocolate, it's my favorite! But it can't be the cheap bitter stuff, i like the ones where they kept a really nice taste. The Ritter Sport ones with high cocoa content are good, but to me, the best is the "Lindt 85% Cocoa mild". Unlike normal chocolate which is more sugar than anything else, this obviously has an 85% cocoa content, so as far as chocolate goes, this is one of the healthiest, yet tastiest choices. Real high-grade stuff. Of course it's not overly sweet, but it's not bitter either, and it's very creamy, especially if you warm it up under your leg before you eat it. I only eat one stripe at a time, so one bar lasts me five days of daily chocolate eating. You can't gobble it, it's more of a slow pleasure. Highly recommended.
If, however, you are more used to the sweet sugary chocolate (like your mom seems to be), then your taste buds will be adjusted to that. You'd first have to do some "sugar detox" to fully enjoy the dark chocolate one. This is absolutely a real thing. When i happen to eat really sweet candy now, i tend to make a face like a baby biting into a lemon at first, from how overly sweet it tastes. But it's only because i almost never eat such really sweet stuff anymore, your body really adjusts itself not only not craving such sweet things anymore, but also going in the opposite direction, of telling you that it's too sweet. Of course i could easily reverse that in a day or two by eating those things again, but i'm quite happy that i don't crave sweets. My only guilty pleasure is the Lindt / Ritter dark chocolate, the really dark ones.
That doesn't take away from enjoying your videos of course! And i know how a lot of sweets taste, i mean, i ate tons of that stuff as kid and well into adulthood too, until it didn't align well anymore with my fitness goals. So even with all the above, i can still enjoy your taste tests 😉

      Hi Mike!
Lindt dark chocolate is one of your favorites? It's been a while since I've eaten Lindt chocolate, but I remember liking it (especially Lindt truffles). I don't think I can convince Mom to try 85% cocoa chocolate, but I definitely want to try it. It sounds delicious!
This may be surprising, but we actually don't eat an abundance of sweets. On the channel, we usually try to have nice variety of sweet and savory treats and drinks. Sometimes, we also like to try items that are marketed as "healthier" alternatives like the Kencko smoothie system, Air Up, Magic Spoon cereal, flavored waters, freeze dried fruit, etc... You might like those videos if you are very health conscious. Either way, we just love having you here! 😁
Now, it's time for me to go hunker down because there's a hurricane headed this way. Typical Florida life! 😅

@@amyslittlebigworld Hehe, well of course i know you can't be eating sweets left and right, nobody that does that can look like you! You look like you work out a bit yourself as well. Or maybe it's just good genetics and you can pat your parents/mom on the back for that 😄
However, you must have a massive "treasure chest" of sweets somewhere, with all the things you try. And most of them opened in a way that you probably can't let them sit there forever. Maybe some lucky kids are benefitting from that, or the trash bin 😅
I will check out some other videos when i get the chance! Just watched this one, because as a loyal subscriber, it popped up in my feed as it should 👍
Uh-oh, a hurricane. What do they say about wishing good luck for that one? Break a leg? Something like that...
