If the colour tab isn't there, save the word document as a pdf. Open the pdf and then select the print pdf symbol, the option to print in 'black and white' should be there.

Please do not give a tutorial without first saying which Operating system you are using. This does not work in windows 10! and only God and you know what operating system you are using here
