Im a bricklink seller too, tip for small orders is to cut the bubble mailer in 2 smaller bubble mailer and tape the side you cut
Also, I’m selling nothing but minifigures so all orders are under 2cm and that’s super fast and easy to pack

You ever just use poly mailers and maybe bubble wrap in it if it needs it? or always padded envelopes

I prefer to use padded envelopes (because they're more secure) but I will use just envelopes and bubble wrap if it's just one small part or something

Shipping prices aren't dependant on the price of the LEGO part, it's about the size & weight of them!
