I am so glad I came across your channel. I have my salesperson license and I just finished the brokers course (NY) and will be taking my proctored exam in February, then the state exam. I learn better in the classroom but was forced to take the online course. I don't feel like I learned as well online as I did in person. I just absorb more when I hear it from someone who is knowledgeable. I can also be involved with the teacher and other students, which is the main reason why I prefer in person over online classes. Not to mention, this was the first online course I ever took so there was a big learning curve when it came to information retention. I digress, your videos have helped me tremendously, though your explanations, examples and clear communication, I feel like I have retained much of the information I was struggling with. So, THANK YOU. I am addicted to your channel now because I love real estate, especially all the legal and financial definitions. You are a great teacher sir. Thank you.

A bank can lend money. There are other businesses that are not banks that can also let you barrow money, however these businesses charge you more to borrow money. check out more of his videos he explains your answer to your question.
