    2:11 biggest facts ever, this is why no one else in my eyes comes close in terms of his abilities. You can compare Ronaldo's goalscoring to Messi's, you can compare De Bruyne's passing to Messi's, you can compare Maradona's dribbling to Messi's, but there is no one in the history who has all of those abilities together. Take away Messi's goals, and he is arguably the top 5 if not top 3 best players of all time, now add onto that 800+ goals and I don't see how anyone can not put this guy as the best player of all time.

      Lesser matches more goals compare to CR7
      Assist more in person game ratio and in number than debruyne

He's literally doing the exact same goals, passes, and free kicks that he's done many times, but when he does it against the best defenders and goal keepers in the world, it's fine, but now all of a sudden, the league he plays in is subpar? The math ain't mathing, bro. That said, I hope that they'll change some rules to make the league better and closer in rank to the top 5 leagues. They need to be able to buy better players and nurture the young players

    Messi is still the best #10 in the world. His vision, touch, and predatory instinct can unlock any defense in the world. However, at this stage in his career, it takes a specific team ingredient to allow him to work his magic: he needs HHEYA’s (Humble, High Energy, Young Animals) around him who are willing to run all day, chase down loose balls, and basically bust their butts for him. Messi was able to start unlocking this game when Rojas came on and started doing this exact thing. The tide shifted dramatically with Rojas on the field. The same thing happened in the 22 World Cup. Look at Messi’s ability to pick teams apart with players like Alvarez, DePaul, and MacAllister (only to name a few) on the field. In contrast, look at how difficult it was against harder European competition when entitled superstars like Mbappe and Neymar didn’t want to work hard out of possession. As long as Messi can continue to surround himself with some HHEYA’s, he will continue to shine. Long live the GOAT.

    Games were way more competitive when Messi was playing in Europe. Messi has ONE world cup. It's not like he was running away in world cup play. If you drop Miami into any top league in Europe they fight to stay in the top half.

  • @Zagirus

    Oh, the timeless chorus of the uninformed, singing their favorite tune, "It's just MLS defenders, DUH." If these causals who just started watching football, spared a moment to educate themselves on the maestro that is Messi, they'd realize the folly of their superficial judgments.
    Consider this: Messi, in a single season, crafted history with a staggering 37 assists, setting this record against the greatest of La Liga's defenders back in 2011. Let's not gloss over the minor detail of the 53 goals he also netted for Barcelona that same season. Furthermore, with a jaw-dropping tally of 372 assists, he stands unrivaled as football's all-time leading assist provider.
    Not to mention, that magical pass that led to Miami's third goal, scored by Rojas, was a deja vu of Messi's wizardry in that World Cup game against the Netherlands which was scored by Molina. So Messi's brilliance isn't diminished by the league he's in; it's illuminated by his unprecedented records.

    Messi is gonna be great to improve the MLS. Without Messi, Inter struggles. So, it´s him. Many teams against Inter looks superior. But there is Messi right there to balance the equation. In the Premier league, still have weak deffenses, so, for the attacking players is very easy to score. They are hiring better deffense players to avoid that.

    While people arguing about MLS and Saudi, which is better or what not, who's the GOAT what not, they are missing the most important part - the joy the messi brings to the world and the inspiration he brings to the next generations! Just freaking enjoy him while you still can! Clinging on to these bs and insignificant arguments while missing the most important element of football is the stupidest thing a true fan can do, unless of course you are not a real fan.

    • @Zagirus
      @Zagirus 24 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes, he would be. Barca STILL needs a playmaker of his caliber, someone they have relied on for years after Barca's decline. It's evident that Barca has been miserable since he left; even when they won the league without him, they struggled to score goals throughout the season. So yeah, stick to cricket, casual. Football is for those who appreciate the timeless greatness of Messi, unlike Ronaldo, who is struggling in the Camel League.

    This thought of MLS is a soft league is absurd. Messi also did dirty to Van Dijk & Ake by doing that impossible pass to Molina in WC. There is no sane man can say that Van Dijk & Ake are soft defenders right?

    It’s just a GOAT thing.

    What makes it unique is that there were million players that were great in their 20s ,mid 20s or even 30s but not player from high competitive league like Europe in their late 30s will conquer so fast another league, usually these players are “retired” because of their age and their performance are low,Messi performance still competitive even for a basic league like MLS.
