Friday Live Painting Session: How to paint silver in oils

If you find reflective objects, like silver, tricky to paint, then today's stream is for you. I'm doing a demonstration of painting silver in oil paints.
HINT: If you can nail two things, you'll find painting silver objects a lot easier:
1. Values
2. Edges
That makes silver a great practice subject.

We need to start a petition over lead white, it's ridiculous that the government is trying to stop us using it, after all we can still use Lead Tin Yellow and Genuine Naples Yellow both of which are lead based, not to mention Genuine Chinese Vermillion which is Mercury based.

The lightest part of a painting is always where the light is most direct, usually the highlights
