so i'm stuck on this exact same thing and thought I could get answers here. what I found: You create the instagram, facebook etc. icons in a separate design. Customize it as 50 x 50 pixels. Insert each logo separately and save them to your computer as a png, size type 3. Once you have them saved go to your gmail the same way you would add the signature image. You add those facebook and instagram icons separate. Once they are viewed in the signature text box you highlight one at a time, click the link icon. upload link you want attached. do this for the next one. ex: highlight instagram icon, click link icon, add instagram link, done. so my issue is that you can even move the images around to your desired liking... it been really frustrating to figure this out. someone have a solution? ps, I need a specific text, color, design, which is why i'm using Canva because it matches the business layout.
@@Thunderbusadventures thank you for the above. as you say, it doesn't make sense to have the icons separate as thrn they are not part of the design? so will not look greast at all. There must be a way to add them into the design on the templates? Anyone have any idead?
The irony here is that the messaging is all about having a modern style of signature, yet it's a single image that doesn't support different links or allow recipients to copy your information from. People stopped making signatures like that 20 years ago... Basically, the tool makes pretty pictures that are useless.
its an Image Signature, can do the same with word file , what about the Hyper links, option is linked but no way to work with an image. Updated link send us soon if any ...
Can I link mailto and tel in this image signature so that when people click on number it gets to call me and when they click/tap on email they are direct to send me an email.
I love this thanks to you.❤ i have used canva for my website feature posts and my TH-cam channels thumbnails its so amazing software but a request to canva to ad ( Urdu nori nustaghleeq font) for urdu designers.I think its more better for canva marketing regards Hussain Ali 4rm Hunza Pakistan
Great video thank you. I'm still unsure how to add an Insta icon, handle & link to my chosen template. And then of course, to make magic linking it directly to my insta page. anyone able to help please xx
Another overlooked part of Canva that is essentially useless. In 2024, are you telling us that it's too difficult to provide an export option that renders all of this in an actual HTML table with styling etc.
this is not a image html signature, this is a picture added to email client. This is also not professional due to the facts you have no hyperlinks that really work.
whats the use of those social media icons if the whole thing is rendered as one image and they cannot be clicked?
this is what i wanna know

@@Thunderbusadventures you need custom html for that, better use templated email signatures

What do you recommend people use?
@@gh8284 Good question. I ended up using Signature Hound. Not as pretty but at least it's functional.
What resolution are you downloading? I have high quality professional photos but it still comes out all blurry.
Same with us.....have you found a solution?

Please explain how to configure on Microsoft 365 (Outlook). That's very popular too.
Love his accent
Ah - social media and other links - sucks how he disregards this.
Can I Copy - Paste the E - Mail Signature from G - Mail to Outlook , and Still Have the Hyperlink HTML & GIF ?
Never seen anyone adding an image in email signature

Create a HTML generator instead and teach us the real way. An image is useless. A signature should be HTML
What's the difference?

what a joke. A signature as a png... ridiculous.

We need to know THE REAL way to do this pls w social links, separate live links!
I don't like that it keeps animating in

What a complete waste of time. This is just an image, it is hardly a proper email signature. Do better!
WASTE of my 7 minutes
