This north Indian guy is selling south Indian food idli, vada with sambar & chutney!!! Very brave attempt indeed!!! Hats off to this guy for running a successful road side eatery. Most North Indians take only chappati or roti with dhaal.

They use ice bcos this chatni is not fully made up of coconut they add Chana/ Sheng to it and if it is not cooled properly it gets spoiled quickly

Well good luck eating that.... Most of us would be grossed out by eating something like this. There is something called ladle if you're unaware of, and we are not savages so we can use ladle or appropriate spoons to pick stuffs instead of using hands. And we Indians are civilized and I don't see any reason for this kind of response which proves otherwise.
