Bambam actually write this song two years ago. I’m glad he made it with Abyss. Abyss is a dream come true for BamBam’s fan. They provide a very good production, promotion and take good care of their artist.

the colour grading on this mv is just immaculate and so different from "ribbon", i had to take a minute. and i totally agree pd, that instrumental is gold.
Bambam was writer, co-producer, lyricist and mixing engineer of this song and I’m pretty sure he also part of the process of concept and how he wants the mv to be like.

honestly so surprised and proud of bambam’s solo music. As a got7 fan for years and looking at their songs they wrote within the group bambam’s songs was usually my least fav but I LOVE the path hes taking with his solo outside of jype. He’s so creative and his concepts are always the most unique, To the point that I want him to plan the next got7 comeback like from budget to concept and all. It insane how much that company was holding him back.
His songs are my favorite GOT7 songs like Remember You is still one of my top songs 😭 Glad more people recognize his music now

Bambam is becoming one of my fave soloist at this point. I'm so glad people are finally noticing his talent especially in song writing. He dropped this song at the end of the year and it made into my top ten favourite kpop songs in 2021. I'm very curious what he has to offer to us in the future.

This mv showed us two artists thriving off each other's artistry. I'm so happy that Bambam chose Seulgi for this, not just because I'm a big fan of her, but because of their chemistry and how they resonate with each other so well! Listening to it + the stunning visuals of the mv makes you feel like you're lost in another world within the song, and the moment it ends, you snap out of that little trance and find yourself back to reality- if that makes sense XD
At first I was interested in this collab because Im a Seulgi fan, but it was a pleasant surprise discover the amazing artist that Bambam is, definitely I'll be waiting for his next projects

I think out of all the Got7 solo ventures, BamBam's has impressed me the most. I remember that clip of him playing a sample of an instrumental that he took to JYP for a potential song and they turned him down. So glad he's getting his chance to shine.
Bambam really did an amazing job here. And I wanna commend him for hiding this collab bc usually he spoils everything haha. Just imagine our shock when teaser w/ Seulgi came out. Bambam outdid himself again, proving his talent. And I smiled when Pd said it's a duet not just a feature bc Bambam gave a big part to Seulgi and even in promotion. Everything is good.

Same though. Ik few of their songs (maybe 7) and I've seen a few of their videos n stuff but I never really looked too much into GOT7 besides really liking the fandom. I mean, 'Not by the Moon' was I think the first bg song I heard in K-pop besides BS&T by BTS and they both age like fine wine lol. Now I'm really into their song last piece and honestly, I think BamBam might be one of my fav male soloist along with Kang Daniel and maybe Kim Woosung and aeJ. Idk though.
Never stanned any bg nor really listened to a lot of solists but wow, I remember freaking the f out when I saw the teaser photo of him with Seulgi. I love this song, seriously, so much so that I think it's on my top 10 soloist song and Collab songs. Really, it's that good in such a short amount of time. Ik it's kinda off topic but I just wrote it to get it out cuz I'm truely impressed by BamBam and this song.
You should discover got7's members solo album cuz they make amazing songs. Like Yugyeom's album point of view is the best rnb album for me, jayb's somofume and bambam's ribbon album consist of bops only.

This MV is just perfect visually. Not a lot needs to happen just to make a good MV. BamBam is really a “jack of all trades.” I am really impressed with his solo work!
The chorus just really makes you feel a lot of things, it's immaculate!!! 3:47 same PD, same. That shot and that transition is so great that's probably my favorite part of this whole masterpiece of a music video
I haven't reached that timestamp yet, but I felt like I knew exactly what shot you were talking about (it's my favorite too), and I was right! My jaw just dropped to the floor when I first saw that part of the mv, that's when I knew I HAD to replay the music video for who knows how many times. The visuals are absolutely stunning.
We knew that BamBam has a passion for editing and photography and that kind of stuff. And if you see the performance got7 videos recorded in charge of BamBam you will see how his mind is always so artistic.
So glad he choose Abyss, they support him in the right way. This song is 2 years old!!

Just hauntingly beautiful on every level. Song rewards rewatching (just gorge) and relistening (2:45 ghostly singing mixed under strings, breath sounds, a phone ring, car door alarm...). A solid chunk of that 25M views? It me.
Sidenote: been really happy to see several members of GOT7 have duets with such talented female artists. Highlights of 2021 for me.

BamBam took a leap with this release and I'm also beyond words. It's a moving, almost haunting song with a beautifully executed music video. This is already one of my favorites of the year and we're just in January!

But even when it was beyond anyone expectations, is not that surprising to me for the writer/producer of "Believe" "Remember you" and filmmaker of "Feel it, see it" and "You are" lyrics mv; to drop such an exquisite piece of art. Bam had shown his potential several times in Got7, you just have go deeper into their music and content.
But I'm glad people can see it now, he deserves the recognition!!

there’s like a tiktok sort of edit one of the abyss staff members made of them hand making a lot of the props and how they filmed it
the mirror behind sulgi was hand glued by some staff and the maze of mirrors was originally maybe 4-5 mirrors around bambam and they filmed multiple shots of him standing/walking around it and i think they digitally copy and pasted the different shorts to make it look the bigger scale (idk how to describe it but by watch other film bts it’s a method i know they used on game of thrones for big fight scenes)
abyss really blew my mind with this one and they for sure raised the bar as to what we got7 fans expect from the other labels in terms of mv production lol

We actually had the same reaction. Like Bambam really exceeded our expectations. We expected good but he gave the best. As you said, Bambam and Seulgi really compliment each other. The mv is superb. The music is really moving. It's definitely an art. A masterpiece!

Something I really enjoyed was that even though it’s different from RiBBon, this is something he’s shown us in Got7 B-sides. I thought he would start with this avant-garde, reflective, haunting, dreamy style (of course some of it was present in the RiBBon B-sides). But it was fantastic to see it in a solo project featuring Seulgi.

Pd, you took the words right out of my mouth. It was so moving!(kinda felt teary. Emphasis on the "felt" part) This song is such of breath of fresh air, cuz 2021 felt like a year with instrumentals that had a very "in your face/statement making" feel to it, not that I have anything against instrumentals like that, but part of me was craving for more stripped down instrumentals that made me feel like I was in a dream or something, and this song did exactly that. The mv and choreography also adds to the beauty of the song. Who Are You is a masterpiece and a work of art.

What I love with Bambam's releases is that you can see many things that are very Bambam-ish. Looks like he has many inputs, from the song, from the concept, from the mvs, the outfits, you can theyre very bambam. And I love that Abyss has been very supportive and putting in the money! For sure they've getting the profits already!

This is a really amazing song, at first I think most of teenager, kids or men wouldn't like this chill vibe because it's different from typical kpop songs which mainly in their mind must have hard drop beat, annoying rap or noisy sound something like and for fun, luxury, cool or swag. This kind of music will go deep down and touch the feeling more. But after some reviews that I had read in personal blog, some teenagers and men love this. It's a little bit surprised.
I can't wait for the minin album from Bambam, he is really surprised me.

This release took me so off guard. Probably one of my favorites of 2021 honestly and the only reason I heard it is bc someone did a reaction of it. Idk what I was expecting when I heard bambam and seulgi but it definitely wasn't this :p Every single thing about this is art, from the song to the music video to the choreography. Also I've always thought seulgi had a very nice voice but that's it and literally the second she opened her mouth in this song i got chills lmao
