Awesome video - your Ewashia looks fantastic!
@@RenegadeGameStudios thank you!
Great to see more content out there for Heroscape! Loved how beginner friendly this technique was.
@@hexhalla Heroscape is back! Haha
With the option to have unpainted means we will have lots of people learning to paint and it can be scary to start!
Would love to see you put your paints side-by-side with the official paints for reference, she looks great!
That is a great idea! I do have some pics side by side I’ll post in the community tab for you.
It’s posted :) I’ll do that in the next video too. I’m painting up the iron lich right now! 🤩
Glad this video is out there! This is a great way to paint figures fast (yours looks awesome, by the way!)
@@RogueScaper thanks! Yeah, Miniature painting is a world of its own! So many paths can take you to the finish. I like the fast and easy one haha (love you paint videos by the way!) excited to see you painting at the renegade con!
for this method, would you always prime black, dry brush grey, and then white, or would you use different colors depending on the figure?
@@LukeLytikainen can’t go wrong with black, grey, white for every figure but yes using like a tan instead of grey would give you a warmer look. The main idea of the method is to get the shadows with a dark color, then a mid ton with a more neutral color, then a bright color hitting all the ridges. At the end of the day it’s all about end look and the undercoat is a huge factor with speed paints. Hope that helps?
