How did it go with your shipping?
I bought a a ring light for 8000 which they shipped for me and charged 11k as shipping fee. I trust people to easily so I didn't check if everything is there. So she when I got home the ring light was broken and few thing were missing. I contacted them but they said there's no way they can help me . I felt so disappointed I wanted my youtube videos to be perfect and build my small youtube channel but they killed that dream. Think it throught before you decide to ship with kentex

You can still start your channel. Don't give up because of the ring light. I also thought I needed it but I got used to using natural light so I instead I invested in a camera.

No they don't have an app. So when you want a product you attach the link of the product on the email you're sending to kentex.

I do applaud you for your amazing hustle! But I do have a problem with you shipping products from the USA. The reason am saying this is not necessarily to criticize you or anything like that. The USA is one of the leading economies in the world and it makes me sad to see young entrepreneurs like you and many more others keep buying products from here. You made it clear that Bath and Bodyworks don’t ship to Africa. I think you can find great products from Kenyan or African manufacturers. Let’s buy African products and build the Africa we have always yarned for!
